"I know we're ain't supposed to talk, but I heard that the Courtly Masquerade is reserved for a select few! It's extremely exclusive, ya' know?" The Coachman looks at you with an obvious interest. "I even heard that the Hosts work with black magic just for this occasion! We've been sworn to secrecy to make sure that ain't anybody normal knows about the ball. It's terribly exciting."
You nod distractedly. The fact that you had gotten an invitation to the Courtly Masquerade was a miracle itself. Rumours said that only the blessed would be able to go.
"How long more?" You ask quietly.
"Just a few more moments. This journey has been planned to ensure that all guests are at the ball at the stroke of midnight!"
When you can see the manor, your jolt in shock.
It's gorgeous, you think.
The Arcane Manor is truly a sight to behold. It's never open to the public, so you happily take in the beauty of the building. The outer walls are a spotless white, and the entrance's doors are wide open. You observe the people filing in through the front, and you swallow, suddenly nervous. The bright lights in the manor seem to make the household glow, and you think it makes it seem a little magical. It is, after all, a mysterious masquerade full of secrets. Anything is possible.
"And we're here. Have fun!" The Coachman says brightly.
He helps you down from the carriage and you absently brush your clothes. The building was even more gorgeous up front. You smile, feeling sudden fondness of the place already.
Nevertheless, it is time to enter the manor.

You will enter the Arcane Manor, proceed to the Ballroom, and then the Banquet will commence once everyone has been accounted for.
