"-(ame)... (NAME)!" Snapping out of her thoughts, (Name)'s/s' was greeted by the sight of her friend Reese waving her hand in front of her. "Huh?..." She mumbled, looking at the blond-haired female with a raised brow.
"Ms. Chisa's lecture ended a few minutes ago; I was asking you if you wanted to go hang out later?" She scratched her neck, rubbing the back of her neck. "Ah...Sorry, Reese, I have to do homework later," She answered, politely declining her offer as she stood up and started to pack her stuff.
"Eh? But the homework about ethics is due next week?" Reese pondered, slightly tilting her head. 'AH! I almost forgot (Nickname) does her homework on the day it's assigned...' Just as (Name) was about to leave the lecture hall, she felt someone grab her wrist. "Please? Only...Only this once! We can do the homework together!" She stuttered, a blush creeping up on her cheeks.
"I really would, but I have plans for tonight," (Name) stated. "O-Oh..." Reese muttered, narrowing her vision. "How about we do this next time?" (Name) suggested, a smile present on her face. "Y-Yeah...Sure..." Reese replied, her voice barely above a whisper.
Parting her lips to say goodbye, Reese stopped after seeing the (hair color)-haired female walk out of the door. "I really don't have a chance with her... Don't I?..." She sighed, gripping the handle of her bag tighter before walking down the stairs to exit the lecture hall.

"AAAA!" (Name) screamed, immediately jolting awake at the unfamiliar loud sound. Looking around her apartment in a panic, (Name) put a hand over her chest before sighing in relief. "It was just nothing," Realizing she fell asleep on her desk, (Name) yawned as she tiredly looked for her phone.
"It's 2 am--- FUCK!" (Name) cursed, dropping her phone before hissing in pain as she looked at her hand. "Why the hell is it so hot?" She mumbled, shaking her hand before turning her gaze over to her phone. "What the fuck?..." Watching the phone glow and shake, (Name) fell off her chair and slowly backed away.
Touching the phone in curiosity, (Name) was blinded by a bright light. Feeling her consciousness slip, (Name)'s/s' eyelids slowly become heavier and heavier...

Feeling warmth across her body, (Name) opened her eyes, squinting at the bright rays of the sun. 'Where am I?' She thought, grasping the ground below to feel sand escape her fingers. Her eyes widening, (Name) sat up and looked around at her surroundings.
Her heart dropping, (Name) stood up in a panic. "WHERE THE ACTUAL FUCK AM I?!" (Name) cried out. "Wait..." She stopped, examining the area one more time. "Stormbearer ... Beach?" She raised a brow, calming down. Letting out a shaky sigh, (Name) ran a hand through her hair.
"I gotta go home and avoid the characters; I can't risk the same thing happening again." She stated, a stern look on her face as she started to walk away. 'I can try looking for the barrier that separates this world and the real world, but the map here is huge.' She thought, pushing away some leaves in front of her.
Hearing a twig break, (Name)'s/s' face paled. 'SHIT!' In a panic, (Name) hid behind a bush, clamping a hand over her mouth. "Tch, she isn't here," A familiar voice said, alerting (Name). 'What?...'
