                              Feel

Feel what you need to feel and then let

it go. It's hard to feel, yes. The pain is

unlike any you've ever felt. It starts off

as emotional, your senses hurt, gives

away to physical pain and then you

don't even know if you want to think at

all, but the thoughts do not leave. They

linger, intruding, morphing back into

some more painful pain and making

you numb. So you try to stop feeling—

anything to make the pain go away.

What you do not realise is that the pain

is meant to to be felt and that with time,

when the strength you've always bad

overcomes it, it leaves the same way it

came—unannounced.
