Our last date

"What did I tell you, Sasuke?" Y/N folds her arms over her chest with a worried expression on her face. "You went to fight Itachi all alone and you get hurt!" 

Hours later, after Y/N became a chunin, she found out Sasuke was hurt and in the hospital. Of course, Naruto had to tell her what happened and the two rushed to the hospital, lucky enough Sasuke was conscious. 

God. Couldn't Y/N take a break for once?

"Don't be so harsh on him, Y/N," Naruto says. "If it wasn't for Sasuke or Pervy sage, I would've been toast." He puts a hand on her shoulder and Y/N sighs, nodding her head. 

"Who's Pervy Sage?"

"Someone. I'll tell him about you later." 

"I guess so...but...promise me you'll get better to come to my inauguration," Y/N says to Sasuke, sitting on the bed and taking his hand. 

It was cold...

"..." Sasuke didn't say anything as he snatched his hand away, glaring at Y/N. 

"You don't have to be rude," Y/N says. "I'm only trying to help you..." She considers bringing up Itachi but decides against it. 

"Whatever..." Sasuke mumbles and Y/N smiles a bit. "Oh! Right!" Y/N perks up and looks at Naruto and Sasuke, ignoring Sakura's presence. "Have you guys heard? I was made chunin earlier today by the Hokage herself." 

"Waa?? Really?!" Naruto cheers loudly while Sasuke and Sakura stare in shock. 

Y/N? A chunin already? 

"Good job, Y/N!" Naruto says. "But I don't understand! I thought you failed the preliminaries!" 

"I thought so too!" Y/N says. "But the third Hokage left a good note for me, recommending me to become a chunin right away!" 

"That's...so great." Naruto sighs. "First, you're the Princess of the Hyuga clan by your grandma, you're having a...inauguration or whatever that word is called in like three days, you became chunin and...you have a wonderful partner." 

"Thanks, Naruto," Y/N says. "Hey, Sasuke. Did ya hear me? I'm finally stronger than you." She teases him a bit and watches as he grit his teeth and pure anger. 

"But anyway," Y/N hopped off the bed and stretches her arms. "I got to go. I'll ask Hiashi-sama if I can bring along two other people to my inauguration. Hopefully, he says yes." 

"Alright..." Naruto pats Y/N's shoulder. "See ya."

But Y/N didn't feel right as she arrived home ten minutes later. Something didn't sit right with her as she began taking notice of Sasuke's face when she told them she became a chunin. His blank eyes held nothing but jealously and some other type of emotion she couldn't analyze right away.

He almost looked...evil.

"I can't..." Y/N shakes her head as she runs back outside. The feeling in her gut felt too bad. She couldn't handle the pain and decided to go back to the hospital, seeing if Sasuke was really alright. 

Whatever Itachi did...

He must've done something to hurt her brother...

And her gut was right. 

Something was happening between Naruto and Sasuke.

They were fighting...

On top of the hospital.

"Naruto!" Sasuke shouts as he creates a Chidori. 

"Sasuke!" Naruto shouts back, creating a Rasengan. The two glared before yelling out loud, flying towards each other with their attacks ready to strike one another.
