Hinata's face was in between Y/N's chest as they both laid on the ground, shocked at what happened.

Hinata's eyes widened as she sat up, not noticing she was sitting on Y/N's waist. "Y-Y/N-chan! I'm so sorry!" Her face turned completely red with embarrassment.

Y/N stared at her blankly and absentmindedly begin to caress her cheek, earning a weak moan from the Hyuga.

"Your eyes are beautiful up close, Hinata-chan..." Y/N says as she sits up, watching as Hinata falls on her lap. The Hyuga wraps her arms around Y/N's waist, not sure what she was doing.

It felt right...and...good...

"Um...T-T..." Hinata couldn't finish her sentence as she inwardly groans and covers her face. "Oh, Y/N-chan! You're making me blush..."

"Oh...I'm sorry..." Y/N says with red cheeks. "I'm only telling you the truth..."

"Ah!" Hinata looks at Y/N with wide eyes and Y/N smiles sweetly at her. "Come. Let's finish cooking."

"Oh...um...right!" Hinata slides off of Y/N's lap and helps her up.

"But...Hinata..." Y/N stares at the Hyuga with calm and gentle eyes.

There was a silence as Hinata stares at Y/N.

"Your eyes are really beautiful...."

The next day at the academy was when Iruka announced the three-man squad.

Sasuke and Y/N looked at each other, hoping that he and she be on the same team.

"Now for squad seven." Iruka says to his class. "Naruto Uzumaki....Sakura Haruno...and...Sasuke Uchiha."

Y/N's heart skipped a beat as she and Sasuke looked at each other with sad eyes. Though, Sasuke hid his sadness and replace it with a smirk.

"Well..."

"Hm..." Y/N sighs and nods her head. "Yeah okay..."

"Next for our squad. Hinata Hyuga."

Hinata perks up.

"Kiba Inuzuka. Shino Aburame. And...Y/N Uchiha."

Y/N's eyes widened in shock as she and Hinata looked at each other with happy smiles.

"Hinata..."

"Y/N..." They smiled and turn to Iruka who had a smirk on his face. (He ships!!!)

"Wait, Iruka-sensei, why are there four people on Y/N's team?!" Sakura asks. "It's an even number in class!" She glares at Y/N who gives a confused expression.

"Well," Iruka had no real reason to make a four-man squad. He just really wanted to see Hinata and Y/N work together in a group. And Uchiha and a Hyuga would be a great combo along with an Inuzuka and Aburame.

"Problem, Sakura?"

"Eh? No...I'm just...wondering..." She blushes and looks at her new team. She was surprised Naruto hadn't said anything about Sasuke being on his team.

"So, you're Y/N."

"Y-Yes...hello."

"Nice. The name is Kiba even though we're in the same class. I hope we can work well as a team." Kiba says as he finishes his lunch.

Y/N grins and nods as she and Hinata were staring at each other with happy smiles.

Shino tilts his head. "You two seem awfully close. Mind explaining?" A smirk seems to display his mouth but it was hidden by his jacket.

"Oh..well...we..." Hinata blushes and looks away.

"We're really close because we're good friends," Y/N says.

"Hmm..." Shino didn't buy it but nods his head.

"A-Anyways. Our sensei should be coming soon. Let's finish lunch quickly." Hinata says.

"Right." Y/N nods.
