Anwita's POV.

I'm standing by the stairs now, today is our reception party, and Mumma had called the best make up artist to do my makeup and bought the most beautiful Saree she has ever seen, Her words not mine.

So I'm still standing by the stairs and the spot light is on me and everyone's eyes are on me, I'm very nervous now, i have had spot lights being shined on me and I have also walked the ramp and I have never felt this nervous before even when I got my first modelling shoot.

All eyes are gawking at me making me quiver, this is so scary right now.

I slowly descend from the stairs, Sadhil, dressed in a black tuxedo meets me midway through the stairs asking for my hand, I put my hand on his hand and he softly grip it, making me shiver a little.

We are now down the stairs and mumma comes towards us.

"wow! You look so beautiful dear" uncle complimented and smiled.

"thank you uncle" i said.

Uncle frowned "this is not fair, you call your mom Mumma and me uncle, call me papa."

"Okay papa" I said smiling.

"Sadhil, won't you complement your wife" mumma said, a frown appearing on her face.

"yes, won't you?" papa asked, standing beside Mumma.

Parents uff.

Sadhil, confused about what to say or perhaps thinking of what to say.

I don't know.

"umm, you l-look very gorgeous" sadhil said scratching his neck.

I nodded shyly at his complement while his parents cooed at us.

"they look so cute together" Mumma said while papa agreed and pulled Mumma into a side hug.

They call us cute huh, we don't even know anything about each other.
