I get ready to go for my audition, putting my hair up into a low bun and wearing a black suit, I message Joseph telling him I've gone, he wished me good luck and I was off for my audition.
I walk into the audition room to see Julie and the other directors, I read the part they want me too and I finish off with a smile, Julie walks up to me,
"hey Sadie that was great, you definitely have a high shot at this" she smiles.
"Thanks Julie and thank you for this awesome opportunity I hope I get the job" I smile and walk out.
I walk to my local coffee shop, to go grab a latte and that's when I bump into him, my ex-
Flashback~assault~trigger warning~
"Sadie who are you messaging" Tom asks
"Just my brother seeing how he is since I haven't spoken to him in so long" I smile at him
"Your lying, I know your cheating on me sadie I've known for so long" he snatches my phone out of my hand.
"What do you mean I've never cheated on you ?!" I scream trying to grab my phone, that's when he grabs my wrist and slams my head into the wall, I get black and white dots blurring my vision and I pass out into utter darkness.
2 hours later
I wake up in the hospital attached to a monitor, I start to panic, that's when it hits me Tom he-he hurt me, he attacked me, my own boyfriend ? The one person I thought I could trust? Can I trust anyone?
That's when my brother Joseph walks in, "Sadie are you okay?!" He comes running to my side and pulls me into a hug.
"H-h-he hit me, JOSEPH THE ONE PERSON I THOUGHT I COULD TRUST, HE BROKE MY TRUST AND HE HURT ME" tears start pooling out of my eyes.
"Shush Sadie calm down" Joseph's voice slowly settles me down, I finally hit reality, my trust has been broken I will never be able to trust anyone again.
~flashback over~
"Tom" I growl
"S-Sadie" he whispers
I go to turn away and he grabs my wrist.
"Sadie I'm so sorry about what I done, I've been getting help and I'm just so sorry for what I did, I just wanted to say sorry I'm person" Tom pleads
"It's fine Tom I forgive you, it was years ago I've moved on" I smile.
"I hope one day we can be friends" he smiles
"How about we both go get a coffee, I'll pay" he asks
"You know what why not" I smile at him
We get to the coffee shop and we order, we have a nice time and we talk about how we've been going in life, he says he has a wife and a young little boy, I'm happy for him, he wasn't in the right mental state when he was with me now he has finally found someone for him to settle with and have a little family with.
I had a nice time and then I go home to Joseph and Persia.
"Hey Joseph hey Persia" I walk in smiling
"What's got you in such a good mood ?" Persia giggles.
"Nothing really just in a good mood you know?" I smile.
"That's good, anyways how was you audition?" Joseph asks
"It went well, Julie said I have a good potential" I smile
"That's great lil didi" he smiles to me, our nicknames for each other his is big jojo and mine is lil didi we used to call each other this as little kids, and they kinda just stuck with us.
"Anyway I'm going to go to sleep hopefully I get my results from the audition tomorrow" I wave them goodnight and settle in bed.
