Personality: when he was a human he was just like any other normal kids. But when he ended up in Hell he started hearing a voice in his head. That voice is Bendy, they had they're differences and they both had an agreement and murge together, becoming one. And Hell has changed him of being creative on saying bad words and killing.
Abilities: his abilities are toon powers. Basically he can deal so much damage, break realities, change into costumes and change voice. Basically what a toon can do.
He also made his own theme song. Because why not?
