Doctors office

[spoiler: I have no idea how tf blood pregnancy tests work :) ]
It had been 4 months after the whole week of the incident, 16 miserable weeks of working and slaving away at Luigis. But I also noticed that I started to gain a tremendous amount of weight and felt sick in the mornings. I knew what the only possible reason for this was, but I don't remember being in the situation for it to happen. I decided to call Dr.Hibbert to get a blood test done, he told me to go the next morning to the doctors office immediately.
So I woke up bright and early the next morning and drove to the doctors office, I walked in and talked to the lady up front " Hello? I have the 6:30 appointment with doctor hibbert " I said, she looked up from her computer " Alright well your 5 minutes early which should be the perfect amount of time to fill out this form" she said while handing me a clipboard and pen. I sat down and filled out the paper. The door into the office opened up and out came doctor hibbert " Dollie? You can come with me" he said, I followed quickly behind. He opened the door to the office " Now, I'm going to ask you a few simple questions before we do the blood test" he said while taking a small needle out of a tiny plastic tube " Do you think you could possibly be pregnant?" He asked while wiping  my arm down with an alcohol wipe "Well, I think I'm pregnant but, I'm a virgin... I just got out of 4 years of college about 1 year ago" I said " Are you on birth control?" He asked "no... I have a boyfriend though...we're trying to take things slowly since we both have trust issues." I said, he raised an eyebrow
"I'm being serious" I said, he gently put the needle in my arm and extracted a little bit of blood from my arm and put it in a small tube, " mind if I check your stomach?" He asked " Go ahead" I replied nervously, he gently lifted my shirt " could you hold this?" He asked while handing it to me, I grabbed it and watched. He felt around my stomach for a little bit " Ah, blue veins, and for one your baby bump is showing, you can feel it too" he explained I gulped "But just for you to be sure and also so you have a 100% answer I'm going to run this blood test. For the time being maybe you should try an at home pregnancy test you buy at the store. I'll give you a call in about a week when the test comes back" he explained, I nodded my head, paid and then walked out. I decided it was best to drive to the kwik-E mart and grab a pregnancy test. I walked inside " Hello! Welcome to the Kwik-E mart, is their anything specific I can get for you today?" The man asked, " Oh hey Apu! I was wondering if you had any pregnancy tests?" I asked, he thought for a second " Hmmmmmm... look at the end of aisle three, I believe there is some back there" he explained " aisle three? Got it." I replied and hurriedly walked down the aisle in order to not run into anyone I knew. Their they were, multiple brands of 1$ pregnancy tests. Some were even 5-6 dollars,which I was hoping would've been more legit. I grabbed about 4 tests to try throughout the weeks or to just try all at once just to be sure. I walked to the front " I see you believe you might be expecting soon" apu smiled " Yeah... I got a blood test taken today, doctor hibbert told me to also by a cheap pregnancy test to see what it said." I explained " Well it truly is a wonderful thing" he nodded while putting the tests in a grocery bag, I quickly paid and walked out " Thank you come again!" He said, I waved and drove home. Once I got back I thought it would be best to try one out, I walked into the bathroom, did my business, then waited for a short while." Oh no two lines.... W-what does that mean???" I flipped over the box, my heart started pounding.... 2 lines meant positive. I took another one, 2 lines again?  Their was no doubt that I was pregnant, I sobbed " How the hell am I going to tell him? He's going to think that I cheated!?
