Monday

Trish's PoV

I woke up this morning due to the sun shining through my curtains and I didn't want to get up because of what might happen today. I then heard my mum shout my name.

Trish's mum: TRISH! YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE!

I sighed and got out of bed and took a look in the mirror and saw a big bruise on my ribs, a big bruise on my cheek, a bruise on my arm and a cut on my leg I took a deep breath and went to take a shower.

When I came out I got ready for school and I put on my makeup and hid the bruises and cuts then I brushed my teeth and my hair and styled it the way I want then I took my phone off charge and put it in my back pocket. I opened the curtains and made my bed then I walked downstairs.

I saw my mum sitting at the table with my breakfast she smiled at me.

Trish's mum: how come you woke up late?

Trish: I must've over slept sorry mum

Trish's mum: it's okay I have good news

Trish: what is it?

Trish's mum: your brother has gone back to Canada

Trish: that's great

Trish's mum: *smiles*

Trish: well I better go to school or I'll be late

Trish's mum: okay have a good day at school oh and before you go I just want to let you know that I won't be here when you come home.

Trish: okay but why?

Trish's mum: I have to work overtime tonight but don't worry you can have your friends over to keep you company

Trish: thanks mum

I then kissed my mum on the cheek and then walked out of the house and headed to school.

At school

I got to school and I saw Jay by my locker he saw me and smiled I froze I then saw Lucy walk up to him and she kissed him and walked away.

I then felt a presence behind me I turned and saw Jeff.

Jeff: are you okay?

Trish: yeah I'm fine

Jeff: how did your confrontation go with Jay?

Trish: umm.....

???: they're still together

I turned to face the voice and saw it was Lita

Jeff: what? Why?

Trish: umm...I have to go

I walked away from them and headed to a secret classroom that only I know of.

Lita's PoV

Trish walked away from me and Jeff.

Jeff: why is she still with Jay if she knows he is cheating on her

Lita: that's what I can't understand

Jeff: what did she tell you?

Lita: that they worked it out and he told her that he meant that Lucy was a sister

Jeff: big lie

Lita: I know she is lying to us and I want to find out the truth

Jeff: but don't upset her

Lita: I know

Jeff: where's Matt? I thought he was picking you up

Lita: he did but I don't know where he went
