Burning Cash (Celestia x Togami)

Run

Togami: "What are you waiting for? Run you fool!"

Makoto struggled to keep up with Togami.

Makoto: "YOU HAVE ACCEPTIONALLY LONG LEGS."
Togami: "ARE YOU EVEN TRYING TO KEEP UP NAEGI?"

The ringing got louder as they got nearer, until they finally saw Celestia in the distance. She looked like she was just- sitting outside. In the cold.

Togami: "THERE-"
Makoto: "I DONT CARE" MY ASS-"
Togami: "NOT THE TIME MAKOTO."

Celestia became clearer.
She was- sleeping?

Finally Togami reached her.

Togami: "....PEASANT-"

There was no response.

Togami: "...LUDENBURG-"

Makoto caught up.

Togami: "CELEST?"
Makoto: "Is she okay?"
Togami: "It wouldnt appear so, now would it?"

Togami poked her, trying to wake her up. She was very cold.

He put his coat on her and picked her up.

Makoto: "Wont you be cold?"

Togami thought for a moment.

Togami: "You'd rather her harm be on our hands than have her be fine? How idiotic. Its not like people's suffering brings me joy you know."
Makoto: "...lets hurry. We need to get her back to the dorms."

They carried her back. She was cery warm from the jacket, but Togami wouldn't stop complaining about the cold.

Through his complaints, you could hear the relief in his voice. He even seemed to smile, ever so slightly.
