Ethan looked at Trudy's ex, his mouth wide open before snapping "I know you're not catcalling my best friend after you dumped her." Griffin looked at the random girl, holding Trudy close "Hey hey hey, she's basically taken- wait- you dumped this work of art?" Griffin hiccuped slightly "Then you're just a fucking idiot." Trudy looked at her ex, not believing it was her. Trudy didn't say a word, her eyes wide and filled with fear. "That was in the past, Ethan. I've been meaning to get back in touch with Trudy. Anyways, who's this drunk mess?" She said, pointing to Griffin. Trudy looked at her ex, glaring at her "This is my girlfriend." Trudy lied, looking at Griffin and begging she didn't react as if they weren't. Griffin looked at Trudy, confused. "Huh-" Ethan cut off the poor confused Griffin "Exactly, so you can get out of my best friend's face before I get kicked out for starting a bar fight." Trudy smiled at Ethan, wanting nothing more then to hug him at that very moment. Trudy's ex smiled "We'd both know I'd win in that fight anyways." Trudy looked at her ex, finally snapping slightly. "Let's take this outside then, shall we? We don't wanna bother the staff now, do we?" Before Trudy's ex could respond Trudy was already walking out the bar, dragging Griffin with her. The second Trudy was outside she looked at Griffin, who was still very much so drunk. "I'm sorry, for calling you my girlfriend, I know it's not official yet. I just needed an excuse." Griffin giggled. "It's fine~ but who's that lady?" Trudy looked away, knowing that her ex would be outside any second now. "Someone I used to date. Their name is Skylar. That's about it." Griffin smiled at Trudy. "Ohhh- what're we talking about again?" Trudy sighed "Never mind." Just then, Skylar walked outside "Cmon, I'm willing to fight Ethan but not you sweetheart, I thought that was obvious." Griffin looked at Skylar "Oh yeah- that's what we were talking about. Listen here, didn't you hear Trudy or are you deaf? They're taken, so leave." Griffin said, which even surprised her that she said that. Ethan finally made it outside, looking at Skylar. "If you really want your ass beat, keep talking shit." He said, trying not to raise his voice too much. Skylar sighed, rolling her eyes "Fine. But next time I really have no promises when is see you darling~" Skylar said, winking at Trudy and walking off. "I better be going." Trudy said as she grabbed Griffins hand and took her to Trudy's place.
