"So, you do love her."
"Yes, absolutely."
"You said it before but I never guessed that you'd hold through with it. I figured you'd remember her and dislike her, after what she did, I don't see how you can. That's love for you though, haha!"
"Wait what did you just say?"
"I said it's nice how you can love her after what she did."
"What,!exactly, did she do?"
"Ahhh, you don't remember. Guess I'll tell you then. About a year ago, during one of the village wars between Benevolus and Potens, she came in as a neutral soldier and murdered many. She killed everyone she crossed paths with, it was horrifying. I was, reluctantly, present. I was just a staring lieutenant for the security force assigned to that sector, so I was frozen in shock most of the time. Once I got my head wrapped around the situation, I was about ten feet away from her, Charlotte Silver. I figured I'd die anyway so I charged at her with everything I had. Next thing I know I was waking up in the infirmary that set up camp by the villages. I don't know who it was, but someone saved me that day and I've yet to find out who it was. When I do, I will give him blind loyalty and pay him back with my life."
"Leo... I really don't know how to say this, but it was me that day. You saying all of this made me remember. Whether you believe me or not will not bother me, but I remember hitting a man to where he was knocked out. I protected that man because she would have killed him. She was only there for me. She was there for me because I'm that one percent of humans who've been blessed by the radiation. My physical abilities are quite superior to that of a normal person. She wanted me because I had more power out of the two of us, so I gave her three quarters of that power so she would leave without anymore casualties. Yes I still love her.. Because I knew her before she was infected. The radiation changed her, that's why I hate it so damn much. It changed her, so I will get her back! Just watch and see Leo I'll make her herself again. I'll kill every damn radiator out there if I have to. They make me stronger, slightly with each one. so groups will be our target.
