I am going to say he looks like this because he need to use determination to trans form back which make his hair brown colour
When he activate his powers he wil have the red and yellow glowing eyes for both of his eyes
I'm the human for he will have better control over the attacks and is 2x stronger than when he uses his skeleton form
He will also have better control of the reset button like frisk
The Code
The code is a place where izuku can gain information and create things but not all can assess the code they can enter but not use it the one that only use it is izuku but izuku can still use it out side the code he can create any weapon he can put determination on the weapon he make and enhance his attacks like swords cannons and he can make his attacks stronger but he still can't use it now he still need to have the human form to use it but he still need training to use it but he can still use it for information in the code...as a monster He still can't do that now but he can do that In the Future chapters 😊
