It was becoming late and they still weren't back yet. I had just got off the phone with my lawyer when I had heard about what went down at the club, I knew I should have went. My lawyer was telling me about how my baby momma didn't want to do a court appearance and just signed all her rights over to me, sad she don't even want to fight to see her own daughter. I had already showed my lawyer the video and he said that if we went to court then not only would she lose rights but she will also go to jail for child abuse and honestly I didn't care I was going to do whatever for my daughter. I decided to call all their phones and nobody was picking up. 

"Ayye Dave cut on the news" Shai and Gia came in the room with me so I did and it said a group of people got into a big accident with a 18 wheeler the driver of the other truck was no way to be found and it looked as if the big truck was going to wrong way, making it seem intentionally. 

"That looks like the truck that we use when we go out as a family" Shai said 

"I know go get y'all shoes" I said  getting up, as they were finna walk out the news reporter had caught our attention 

"It is said to be that two people in the car has passed away as the others are injured, their on the way to North General Hospital" she said showing the scene the truck was flipped over and the windshield was busted the front of car looked like it was ready to touch the back 

"Let's go" was all I said and we all ran out of the house to the car i'm glad I kept K carseat in each car I had she stayed sleep the whole ride when we got to the Hospital and we went to the front desk 

"Excuse me, we're here for the people in the car accident" I said 

"Sir some are in surgery and some are awaiting surgery" She said 

"what about the two thats died?" I asked 

"i'm sorry sir i'm not at liberty to say that, you can have a seat in the waiting room and i'll send the doctor that way when their done" She said giving a sly smile so I just thanked her and walked away with Shai and Gia 

"should I call our parents?" Gia asked crying 

"thats up to yu" I said rubbing her back 

"Okay, I will Shai come with me please" She said getting up 

*5 hours later*

Its been 5 hours and nobody had came to talk to us yet and I refuse to leave the hospital without answers K was still sleep which surprised me but I had Shai ran back to the house so if she did wake up she had stuff Ella and Jaii parents were here, Kash brother, Kyah and Tory was here along with my mom, and Ross wife and kids and we all were waiting I even took a nap with my baby i'm glad I dressed her in long sleeve because it was chill in here and out there 

* a hour later* 

"The family of the car accident" a female doctor said and well went up to her 

"well some of them are out of surgery in recovery but i'm sorry to inform you that two of the patients died on the scene" She said 

"which two?" I asked 

"Ross Dayshawn Jackson and Kash Trevor Jekins" She said
