No Strings Attached~ One Direction

Chapter 22

SORRY UPDATES HAVE BEEN SLOW AND SPARSE I AM REALLY BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND OTHER THINGS(;

so i suck but i will give a double update this week!!!!!!

********** HARRY POV ***********

we were driving for much longer than i expected and i was growing a bit nervous. I didnt want to let on to Livi that i wasnt sure where we were. I looked over at her and she looked up at me smiling

"so where are we going?" she said

" I cant tell you" i tried to say in a cute and criptic way but now i really had no idea where we were.

" come on harry! its been hours now! i cant wait any longer!" she said eagerly

"Liv you just have to trust that its going to be great" i said trying to believe in what i was saying as well

" alright alright." she said sighing impatiently but laying her head on my shoulder

I drove on hoping for some sign of something to tell me where we were going.

it was starting to get dark and i had to face the truth that Livi and I were completely and utterly lost. Livi was passed out on my shoulder and i nudged her lightly to wake her up. Her eyes fluttered open

" Are we there yet?" she said groggily sitting up

" well...about that....." i started to say

" Harry Edward Styles. are we lost?" she said her voicing rising a little in fear

" No of course not" i said

she raised her eyebrows at me in disbelief

" and by no of course not i mean yes" i said relenting

"well what are we going to do?!" she said looking anxiously around at the now pitch black world

" well i know we are in the camp area i was trying to get us to in the first place but i must have taken a wrong turn somewhere or another cause we are much further in then i was expecting." I said " But its going to be fine we will just have to park at one of the camp sites and sleep there for the night, we can figure out how to get out in the morning."

she nodded her head slowly but the fear she felt was clearly evident in her eyes. I pulled her close to me and kissed her head.

"Everythings going to be fine" I said " I would never let anything happen to you."

" I know Harry. I trust you."

we parked near an old oak tree  in a wooded are not to far from the edge of the mountain we were on

"dont you think we will be a little cold sleeping out here?" Livi said crossing her arms and shivering a little

" ohIim fully prepared" i said opening up the trunk. there was a fully stalked picnic complete with blankets and some lanterns.

" how do you have all of this?!" she said incrediously looking at it all

" well the place i was going to take you to was an old camp site my mum used to take Gemma and I to when we were little kids. It was becautiful. I was planning on having a cozy picnic there...but i guess i screwed the whole thing up."  I said upset at myself for getting us lost.

Livi turned her body to face mine and kissed me; much to my surprise and pleasure.

" Its perfect Harry. No one has ever done something like this for me."

after we layed the blankets out we ate our extremely late lunch talking endlessly.

after we were both finished she sighed and leaned against me looking up through the wooded trees at the stary night sky.

" Harry... I ve never had so much fun with someone. Thank you for taking me to see your family I can see why they mean so much to you. If theres one thing I know its that your going to be nothing but successful in your life, not only because of One Direction but because you have a wonderful supportive family like that."

I was overcome by Livi's words and I couldnt help myself before the words passed effortlessly from my lips...

" I love you." I said

she looked up at me in surprise

"what?" she said a little stunned 

" I love you Livi." I said even more sure than ever before

she looked at me for a long time before a smile crept up upon her lips. She leaned forward and kissed me again long and soft.

But she didnt say it back. I didnt care as much as i thought I would thoughIi was blissfully happy that she knew and clearly didnt think I was mental for feeling that way so soon. Being with Livi was like we had known eachother for eternity and a split second at the same time. All i knew was that i was willing to wait for her to say it back matter how long it took.
