Christopher's POVThe ride to the bowling center wasn't silent since out of nowhere Ania stated she was gonna play the latest Bad Bunny album, I cringed a little because it was so loud but by the second song I was taping the stirring wheel with the rhythm, I briefly glanced at Mun, she was bobbing her head to the music with her phone in hand.
I saw my sister was too on her phone through the rearview mirror, I felt a little awkward, the music helped but couldn't shake the feeling entirely. Mun told me it was okay but I don't know, maybe they are always like this so I just tried to focus on the road.
We got out of the vehicle and walked to the main entrance of the building, Ania was a few steps behind Mun and I still on her phone.
"Are you sure everything is okay?" I asked her still a little concerned.
"Yeah don't worry, she's an idiot but so am I" she put her hand against her chest signaling herself glancing at me, I just let out a short laugh looking down at the floor for a moment. I readjusted the cap I was wearing before opening one of the doubled glass doors so they could enter first. Mun whispered a quick –thanks- and Ania teased me with a –what a gentleman- to which I rolled my eyes and proceeded to enter letting the door close behind me.
"Welcome, how can I help you?" the employee from the shoe desk greeted us.
"Hi! Do you have kids sizes?" Mun asked, the employee nodded. "See Ania, you can play with us! They have shoes for your microscopic feet" Mun nudge her side with her elbow teasingly. I saw how my sisters demeanor changed to an annoyed borderline anger and pursed her lips still looking forward, I know she was trying really hard not to make a nasty remark so she just limited herself to respond with a forced teethed smile to Mun.
"You are so funny Mun" and nudge her side too, maybe a little too harsh. The poor employee awkwardly change his gaze from them to me so I intervene.
"A size 11 please" I gave him a tight apologetic smile and so he went to look for my pair.
"Aww Anie you are so cute ̴" Mun went to hug my sister from her back and put her head on top of Anias.
"Don't call me that Mun" Ania told her bluntly.
"Fine" Mun undid the embrace.
"So are you in good terms again?" I asked pointing to them.
"Totally" they said in unison. I made a confused face while scratching my nape, this is too bizarre for me to witness their interaction and how well they get along. But I am glad. "You guys are so weird" I took my requested bowling shoes. They asked for theirs and thanked the guy when he returned with their shoes in hand taking them.
We went to the last two lanes at the other side of the building.
"Why two lanes?" Mun asked me.
"Uh some friends are coming too so we were planning on arranging 2 teams to compete with each other" I shared to her as I was playing with one of my lobe earrings "Uh huh" I finished adding a close mouthed smile.
"Oh! Okay, okay" She nodded "I gotta activate my social mode then" I just laughed at her statement.
We sat down to put on the bowling shoes, I was just finishing tying my shoelaces with a double knot when my phone buzzed, and it was a text from one of my friends so I stood up "They are here, I'll go get them" I told the girls and started walking to the main entrance.
Mun's POV
"Are we drinking tonight?" I asked Ania who was beside me finishing with her shoes.
"Not me mate, I'm taking antibiotics" she stated with a sad face.
