The car door opened.

A man stood beside it waiting for me to exit.

"Hello Miss! I am your servant Mr. Giles, pleased to meet you." The man politely said.

Are you fucking kidding me?
A servant?

"Nice to meet you too Mr.Giles." I said with a smile stretching across my face.

The front door had swiftly opened, and within moments I was standing at the grand entrance to the house.

The floor was made out of marble and was complimented by the creamy white walls. There were two dark staircases on both sides, and they connected to the balcony that had spread out across the second floor.

What did my mother do for a living? She sure made a lot of money.

Giles gestures towards me, "Miss, may I acquaint you to your living quarters?"

"Yes, Giles." I smiled. "You may."

Upon my entrance into my "living quarters" my eye was caught by the use of complimentary colours. The floor was made out of marble tiles once again, and the white walls had matched the colour tone. The room was fairly large, and the bed was even larger.

The sheets were made of red silky material, and the blanket was filled with feathers.

It stood in the middle of the room.

I noticed the large television, but I don't care much for TV.

There was a set of doors on the side of the wall that had led out to a beautiful balcony.

The view was gorgeous.

I was overlooking into a large forest, rich in colour.

"May I put your luggage in your closet Miss?" He smiled.

"Yes please. But Giles, please call me
Olivia."

I followed him into the closet. It was almost as large as my room itself. I looked among the shelves and hangers. They were already stocked with clothing and shoes. I quickly reached for a tag, and to my surprise, it was my size.

"Well Giles, I have to admit. I'm impressed."

He chuckled.

"Have you seen the bathroom?"

"Do I share it with my mother?"

"Share? Oh heavens no! You must have figured you would be acquainted with your own bathroom."

The thought had dwelled across my mind earlier, but how could I have been sure.

"May I see it?" I questioned.

"Right this way." He pointed.

The flooring was a vibrant red tile.

It reminded me of the way my blood had looked.

The red tile was accompanied by a white creamy wall, with a black parallel strip crossing through the middle.

The white egg shaped bath tub stood in the middle of the room. To my left was a walk in shower. And a large mirror stood beside it. To my right, a long counter stretched across the wall. There were three automatic sinks installed in them.

Fancy.

****

Darkness had quickly consumed the skies.

I decided it was time to relax.

****

The water was still warm.

I don't remember the last time I felt a warm comforting feeling like this..

How was I supposed to feel warmth in the world when everything around me was so cold?

****

The water was drained almost instantly, and all that remained was the steam.

I finished drying off and began to get dressed.

Everyone seemed to go to bed early in this house.

I peeped down the stairs to get myself a glass of water and quickly returned to my room.

****

I opened my eyes.

The clock read 3:08 am.

Why am I up?

I looked towards the balcony door and saw the silhouette of a tall slim man.
