S1: E3 Lies and Takedowns
Two days later at the house
Kat sits at the table looking at her food. Then Sara says
Sara: Not hungry?
Kat: Not really
Luke: Come on, Kat,...what is it?
Kat: I had a dream last night,...but it didn't seem familiar
Sara: Well,...at least the nightmare stopped
Kat: But,...this one,...it was...different,...it felt like...it was going to happen,...not that it was happening
Ethan: That's odd,...usually your dreams are present not future
Kat: I don't know,...it could be nothing,...but,...I really don't think that we should take the chance of moving,...at least,...not right now
Luke: You know what,...dad,...she right,...it's too dangerous to move now
Sara: Ethan,...maybe they're right?
Ethan: Here,...tell you what,...me, your mom and Nora will go ahead,...and when the time is right,...we will send a message and you will join us
Luke: I'm fine with that,...Kat?
Kat: Yeah,...I guess,...well,...it's almost time for school
Sara: Yeah,...you should get going
Kat smiles, then her, Luke, and Nora go to school. When they get there, Kat sees Zac sitting by the entrance to the school. She looks down and says
Kat: Oh no
Luke: What?
Kat: Someone that I don't really wanna see right now
Luke looks up and then says
Luke: Him?
Kat: Yeah
Luke: I am here,...it's ok
Kat: Ok
When they get close enough to Zac, he says
Zac: Hey Kate
Kat: Hey
Zac: Who's this?
Kat: Oh,...this is my brother...
Luke: Liam,...nice to meet you...?
Zac: Oh, Zachary,...well,...Zac
Luke: Nice to meet you, Zac,...hey Kate,...I'll see you after school
Kat: Ok
Luke walks off and then Kat and Zac walk down the hallway. At Nora's school, she goes to the nurse. The nurse then says
Nurse: So,...you have a stomach ache?
Nora: Yes
Nurse: Alright,...I'll let you go home today but tomorrow you have to come back unless you have other symptoms,...ok?
Nora: Ok
The nurse releases Nora and she goes home with Sara. A couple hours later, at school, Luke gets a text from Sara saying
Sara: Nora came home sick today,...so just walk home
Luke: Ok
Then Luke goes to his next class. In study hall, Kat sits at a table doing her homework. Just then, Zac sits next her and says
