S1: E5 Recover and Discover
In the other tunnel, Sara, Ethan, and Nora walk down the tunnel. Then Nora says
Nora: Mom,...are we gonna find Kat?
Sara: Yes,...we will,...I promise you that, sweetie
Ethan: Sara,...what about Gabe?
Sara: I don't know,...besides Andrea,...he's probably the most dangerous person in this lab
Ethan: Besides...Kat,...she's powerful as well
Sara: Yes,...but Gabe Crawford is powerful,...very...powerful,...let's just hope that Kat can...get out of this
Just then, they also hear a crash. Then Sara says
Sara: What was that?
Ethan: I don't know
Nora: Is it Kat?!
Sara: Yeah,...I think it is
So then they go running as well. When they all get to the source of the crash, they see Kat and Adam floating in the air fighting each other. Luke then sees Zac and goes over by him and yells
Luke: WHAT HAPPENED?!
Zac: CRAWFORD PROVOKED HIM!...I COULDN'T STOP IT!
Luke: BUT KAT WOULDN'T DO THIS!
Zac: SHE DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE! SHE WOULD'VE DIED IF SHE DIDN'T!
Luke: WE HAVE TO STOP HER BEFORE SHE KILLS HIM!...I'LL GET HER!
Zac: NOOO!...I'LL DO IT!
Zac then walks over to Kat. As he stands under Kat, he yells up to her
Zac: KAT!...PLEASE!...STOP THIS!...YOU HAVE TO STOP!...PLEASE,...DON'T LEAVE ME!...STOP!
Somehow, Zac reaches Kat's hand. He grabs it and Kat looks down. Her eyes are all bloodshot and pure white. Tears then start streaming down her face as she takes one last shot and knocks Adam to the ground. Then when Kat gets to the floor, she falls backwards into Zac as he also falls to the ground against a pillar and she cries as she says
Kat: [crying] I...I'm sorry, Zac,...I lost control
Zac then pulls Kat closer to him as she falls unconscious. Grace then goes over to Adam and helps him. But by the time Sara and Ethan get to Kat, Crawford and his people are gone. Zac picks up Kat and Ethan picks up Adam. Then they go back to their home. When they get home, Zac lays Kat on her bed and sits by her. Ethan lays Adam on Luke's bed and Grace and Luke sit by him. As they do, Grace says
Grace: What happened?...Why did he do this?...I don't get any of it
Luke: Kat's abilities get out of control sometimes,...usually I can calm her down,...but this time it was Zac
Grace: I guess love is in the air
Grace smiles and lays her head on Luke's shoulder and he puts his arm around her. In Kat's room, Zac sits there. Then Sara comes in and says
Sara: How's she doing?
Zac: Still the same
Sara goes and sits on the other side of Kat's bed and then she says
Sara: I just wanted to thank you for,...well,...helping her with control
Zac: I didn't do anything,...she decided to stop on her own
Sara: Oh,..I didn't know that
Zac: She is a [he looks at Kat in a "love" like way, then he turns back] very strong and powerful girl,...but she lets her emotions get the best of her sometimes
