Reunion

A.N- hey guys I decided to try a new style of writing for this chapter for dialogue so letting you know for when you see the inconsistency.

Izumo and Kotetsu or better known as the eternal gate guards are standing by the gate trying to count how many leaves are on the tree closest to the gate, why you ask? Well it's simple being the gate guard is easily the most boring job in the elemental nations.

"I count 25,000 leaves" izumo said with a smug face.

Kotetsu looks over the tree "I wonder if he knows that he's looking at the wrong tree than what we agreed on, probably not but I'll let him think so".

"you are incorrect, there is 26,435 leaves on the tree you are looking at", a smooth but firm voice said from nowhere.

Both guards immediately go on alert when the hear the unfamiliar voice. The look around everywhere but just can't seem to spot where it came from.

"how is it that two chunin gate guards let someone so close to the gate without even realizing they are there?" the voice asked in a half mocking tone.

"where are you at, show yourself immediately and state your business!" kotetsu says in a commanding voice trying to compensate for letting the voice sneak up on them.

"yo", he says making them turn to the left to see the owner leaning against the wall carefree. The man was 5'9, with a hooded closed long sleeved black cloak that goes down to his ankles, with no part of his body showing{think old man zangetsu from bleach but with a hood that hides his entire head}. The man then tosses them a scroll, Izumo catches and reads it

"this has to be a joke, you can't be him he's supposed to be dead and that was 4 years ago which would make him around 12 or 13", izumo says shocked at what the scroll says.

"what can I say I'm tall for my age, and the part about me being dead did they ever find a body, did they even look for me, or better yet when was the search carried out?" the man asked.

"the hokage sent a squad of 6 anbu and 3 jonin out to search for the missing Naruto uzumaki-namikaze 4 years ago on October 23rd", he replied. This seemed to anger the man and the two chunin caught this.

"so they only noticed I was missing almost two weeks after I left" he said with slight anger in his voice but immediately recalled it.

"well I'm not exactly surprised, they never did notice me". The man then pulled down his hood shocking the two guards, the man had darker tan skin with 3 whisker marks, although with the darker skin it's a little harder to see, cold silver eyes and slicked back white hair, his face angular, he looked like the yondaime except with dark skin and white hair but not as spiky,{for appearance think archer but shorter and not as quite dark skin with three whisker marks and a more angular face}.

"my kami he looks just like yondaime-sama except with darker skin and a different hair color and style but that face and those cold piercing eyes are almost a copy" they thought simultaneously. Suddenly three jonins appeared, one is a tall man with silver gravity defying hair, a mask covering the lower half of his face and a headband covering his left eye. To his right was a woman with shoulder length brown hair and purple markings adorning her cheeks, to his left was a man with black spiky hair scars on the right side of his face and a head band covering his left eye also, the three were all wearing the same stand jounin attire, these three were Kakashi Hatake, Rin Nohara, and Obito Uchia.

"what's the situation here and who is he", obito asks Kotetsu just hands him a scroll and after a few moments he looks back up to the person with suspicion but suddenly his eyes widen, "it can't be, Naruto, he looks so different but I would never miss that facial structure and those cold eyes anywhere although they aren't quite like sensei's eyes, they seem more emotionless and uncaring" he muses to him self until he gets a smack on the head from rin.
