"Ugh, mom, not right now, please," she pleaded to her mom, still half dozing in her princess bed.
But whom is she kidding? Her mom opened the window curtains; the sharp and hot sunlight fell straight into her eyes as sunlight illustrated her entire bedroom with the sunlight.
She raised my hands, wanting to keep her face shielded as much as possible. But her small hand was not enough to block the lights, so she picked up a cushion and put it on her face.
But her mother was her beauty sleep's enemy; she yanked the pillow; finally, Eve could not bear this anymore and opened her eyes and looked at her mother "mom, what now? She asked her mother.
Her hands kept on her waist, and her facial expression was a little scary; Eve had just woken up, so it looked extra dangerous to her.
"Are you going to quit?" she asked Eve, and Eve's mood turned sour; she knew what her mother was asking her because they both felt hurt.
It's not that Eve has any choice anymore, but she couldn't tell her mom so bluntly. She would be the first person who will get hurt the most after Eve.
But Eve couldn't do this anymore; she needed to stop before she lost her mind "yeah, mom. I am going to quit this; I can't do this anymore; it's not that I don't want to continue anymore."
But Eve felt like her mind and heart suddenly gave up seeing the actual colors of her dream," she said with a sad smile because she wanted to cry. Still, she wouldn't do that in front of her mom; her mother would be unhappy.
"It's okay, my baby. You did great; if I were in your place, I might punch in his face" her mom sat next to her and hugged her. She started sobbing.
Mom, seriously, Eve wanted to cry, and she should comfort her, yet she was doing Eve's role.
"Shh, mom, please," Eve said; she didn't have any words left to comfort her. Eve already used her words to give her peace, saying she did the right thing from the beginning.
After a few minutes, when her mother finally calmed down, she let go of Eve and invited her for breakfast. As she left, Eve looked toward the wall clock.
She wanted to scold her mom; seriously, it's just 7 am; she just woke Eve to ask if her decision was 100% sure or not. Her family is crazy.
But now that she woke up, she had nothing to do, nor could Eve get back to her beauty sleep, so she jumped off the bed and got into the bathroom.
She's Eve Stone. The eldest daughter of Stone's family, and a dreamer photographer, she completed her degree. She's a nature lover who loves to click everything about nature. She joined an art gallery a few days ago.
She thought she could learn something there, but they proved her wrong yesterday. They wanted her to be a naked model photographer; if not, they wanted her to resign.
She argued with them; she was so angry when they behaved rudely to her, so she quit.
It's not that she was poor, so why would she need to stay in their beggar's team? Her father is one of the top investors in their city. She loves photography, that's why she went to their company.
When her father heard he wanted to deal with them, she felt unnecessary because Eve went there for experiences, setting them aside. Her dream was to open a photo gallery of her own.
Suddenly something ran inside her head while she was brushing her teeth.
She took a deep breath and calmed her breathing. Then, she came up with a quick plan. It's not like she could outrun anyone to begin without experience. Her goal had been stupid, but she didn't feel like she had a choice.
She took a shower at the horse's speed, got ready, wore jeans and a green shirt, tied a pony, picked up the things in a backpack, and went downstairs, where her entire family was waiting for her.
Her family wakes up early in the morning. There are six people in her family: her crazy sister, brother, mom, dad, and grandma, so everybody is already waiting for her at the breakfast table.
Seeing her with a big backpack and her camera around her neck, her mother approached her.
"Where are you going? I thought you were not going back to that company," she said with a frown; Eve gulped hard, but soon after seeing her father's smiling face, she spoke up.
"I am going on a long drive. I will come back at night if possible, or I might have to stay outside," she said; everyone just shrugged their shoulders because it's normal for her to go outdoors regularly.
"Okay, let's have breakfast first," her father called her to him. So, they had their breakfast, and Eve was the first to finish her breakfast, drink a glass of water, and stand up.
"Goodbye, guys," she said to everyone; as Eve was about to go out, her father called her back.
"Eve, this is for you" her father throws something toward Eve. She caught that thing. She was quite the right catcher. She opened the box; it was a key; she looked at her father confusedly.
"It's yours now." Her father winked at her with a radiant smile. She understood it was her baby car's key which she always wanted, "love you, Dad."
"I Love You more, my dear," her dad answered.
She smiled as she ran outside, leaving Eve's sister complaining about her dad, saying he loves Eve more than her sister and brother. They teased her father because they also loved her. She saw a black-colored sports car outside our villa as she came out.
"Oh, my baby." Eve rushed to the car and practically jumped on her new car. "Baby, my cute baby." she hugged like it was her precious possession. It was.
She opened the car door and got inside; she took a deep breath and started the car.
