cafeteria meet up

As i drive to Vic, Thomas and Ethan i keep thinking. Was this even the right thing to do? I gotta admit my feelings for her will probably never stop existing. I just can't continue if she's cheating on me. My eyes should be on the road, but i keep thinking of her. Those lips and eyes of hers. I don't want to believe that she cheated on me with her awful ex. I want to see her again. But for now it's better to stay away from eachother and think about it...

Vic: Fratello, come here. I'm sorry Damiano.

Damiano: All good Vic. I still love her. I cannot stop thinking about Sara.

Ethan: Well, she cheated on you. So don't even go near her fratello.

Thomas: Don't know bout that Ethan. She doesn't seem like a person that cheats, to be honest. I think she was the real deal Damiano. I mean you knew her for 6+ years, she wouldn't cheat. Whatever Ethans friend is talking about must be some shit. Sorry Ethan buddy.

Damiano: It's just so not like her. I mean we were fine. I even bought the engagement ring. And now this?!

Vic: Wait Damiano? Engagement ring? Oh boy.

Thomas: Wow fratello. You really fell in love with her.

Damiano: I really hope she didn't cheat on me, because i would love to see her as my fiancée. But nevermind, it seems to be over.

Vic: No. Damiano, i don't think you should give up. You gotta find out if its true. I mean you really care about her. Don't just pretend it's fine letting her go so fast and „painless".

Thomas: Damiano, just please meet up with her again. And get things cleared up okay?

Damiano: I guess.

from Sara's perspective:

My day has been awful. Without Damiano on my side? No, it just doesn't work well. I never cheated on him. I could never?!

I want to open my window as my phone rings. It's Ethan. What the hell does he want now?!

Sara: Yeah, what do you want? I'm not into the mood talking with a liar.

Ethan: Listen Sara. It's really important, don't hang up.

Sara: Yeah, total bullshit.

Ethan: It's about Sue and Ana.

Sara: That's weird. What is it?

Ethan: They called me a few days ago... I guess they kinda put me into a position where i had to do what they said. Sue told me to make up a lie that you cheated on Damiano, or else Ana and her would hurt you someway. I didn't want you to get hurt. So i thought making up a lie like this would hurt Damiano less, then you getting hurt badly. I did it for protection, i swear Sara.

Sara: Hold on, what?! They threatened my life? So those bitches still can't leave us alone. Oh my god, i'm sorry this happened to you Ethan.

Ethan: It's okay. You didn't know. I told Damiano to talk with you to clear things up. Maybe you could tell him about this. And if he still doesn't believe you, he can call me. It's a big risk though if Sue and Ana find out. So stay safe.

Sara: I will make sure of that. Thank you Ethan, really.

from Damianos perspective:

How should i call her? I just broke up with her so fast and now i want to meet up with her? She will never come. I'm sure Sara hates me now.

Vic: Call her, Damiano. You can't push this forward everyday.

Damiano: I know. I just don't know how to ask her to meet up.

I hear my ringtone. Who is it now?

Sara calling...

I can't believe my eyes. She's really calling me. Why ? What does she want after i treated her that way.

I decide to pick up.

Sara: Um ciao Damiano. Uh, i wanted to meet up with you. Theres some things you should really hear directly from me. Meet me at the cafeteria in 30 mins.

Before i can say something, she hangs up.

I tell Vic that Sara just called me. Vic is surprised, she thinks it's kinda weird for Sara to call after the breakup.

I shower quick and get dressed.
I hop in my car and drive to the cafeteria. Good thing it's 5 minutes away.

I can see her from meters away. Ugh no way, she's wearing my black hoodie. God, this makes me miss her even more. But let's get this over with.

Sara: Hello i guess.

Damiano: Ciao Sara.

Sara: I'm sorry if you're mad. But Ethan left something out.

Damiano: I really hope you didn't use me to cheat.

Sara: No no darling. I never cheated, i swear. Ethan was threatened by my stepsisters. He had to lie or else they would probably hurt me badly. Ethan thought clever, and so he lied because if my stepsisters hurt me dangerously, you would be way more upset. That's it. I never cheated, amore.

I look at her confused but so relieved. I believe her. It makes much more sense.

Sara: Say something.

Damiano: I love you.

Sara: There's the Damiano i know. *laughs and hugs Damiano*

Damiano: Those stepsisters of yours are really making things complicated you know.

Sara: I cant escape them. Bello, your the only person who makes me forget every bad thing happening. Even though our breakup didn't last long, it felt like an lost decade.

Damiano: Oh bella. Get ready for another perfect decade with me. *pulls put something*
