CHAPTER 16: eve.

THIRD PERSON

Everyone's jaw-dropped when they saw a gorgeous lady whose walking to the corridor. She's elegant from the bottow to the top. She was somehow looked like the young Anne Hathaway.

She randomly picked a student to ask something. "Hello there. Do you know where is Mr. Han Seungwoo's office is?"

"It was near here but he was always staying at his detention room every vacant time, Miss." Felix politely answered.

"Mind coming with me? If you're not busy..."

"Oh sure Miss."

They went to the detention room of Mr. Han. While the other guys were jealous and envy at Felix because the beautiful lady just asked him.

After a couple of minutes, they arrived at the detention office. Felix softly knocked. "Mr. Han, are you there?" He asked in his deep voice.

"Yes. Come in." He said. "Mr. Lee, what brings you here?" He was surprised that he was here.

"Sir, someone's looking for you."

"Who's that might be? Let that person in."

His smile dropped when she saw the person that is looking for him. He cleared his throat and said, "You may leave now, Mr. Lee. Thank you."

Felix closed the door, but before he could leave, he still heard the name of the girl. It was Eve. He goes back to the cafeteria because Li texted him that they were eating lunch.

When he arrived, he quickly sat besides Li and snatches the glass of apple juice on her hand. "Yah! That was mine!"

"There's no time to argue. I have something important to tell you." Felix deeply inhaled as he stared at Chloe. "I saw a good-looking lady looking for Mr. Han. When I brought her where he was, his smile dropped on the floor. I did not know who's that girl but I heard Mr. Han called her by the name... Eve."

Seungyoun choked on his spicy ramen. Chloe handed him his drink and pat his back. "You, okay bestie?"

They started calling each other bestie if no one is around, except for Chloe's close friends. It isn't bad afterall because Chloe see Seungyoun as an older brother remember?

"Yeah I'm good." Seungyoun replied and he smiled. "So, Yongbok. By any chance, what does that girl looks like?"

"It's Felix. Anyways, She was drop dead gorgeous plus she looks like my celebrity crush Anne Hathaway, when she was still eighteen or something. Why Mr. Cho?"

"Do you know that Eve?"

"Yeah. She was actually Seungwoo's ex-fiancè."

The four of them gasped, knowing she was the famous runaway bride. Seungyoun looked around, someone might heard their conversation.

"I don't know what she's up to but she once cheated on him. He cheated with Kim Wooseok, my dear old friend. The day of their wedding, Eve chose Wooseok and they runaway together, leaving Seungwoo's heart broken. He never looked to any girl after that day. And we are so happy that finally, he's back to himself again."

"Maybe Eve wants a comeback? Why did she came back after she cheated? Probably she realized that she was wrong and will try to fixed everything." Yohan explained.

Chloe was just silently listening to their own opinions about Seungwoo's ex-fiancè. What if, she really wants a comeback? What if, Mr. Han will accept her again? Will they be together again? B-But how about me?

Li noticed that she was all quiet. She secretly holds her hand under the table. A minute or two, Seungsik appeared. He was all sweaty and he was also catching his breath. Seungyoun handed him his drink. He almost choke and it was almost coming out to his nose.

"I saw Seungwoo and Eve together! They were at his detention room a-and I am terrified what will happen."

Not just the two Seungs were terrified. Chloe was also terrified. When she already choose Seungwoo over Yohan, then Eve came. Everything was all fucked up.

Once the school is over, Seungyoun and Seungsik hasn't go home yet. They didn't know what does Eve and Seungwoo talked about. Their other five friends rushed over at the library.

"Don't tell me they will coming back to each other? Oh hell nah!" Subin said.

"Yeah. I didn't like her from the first place though. She's a freak." Hanse added. "If Seungwoo hyung will accept her again, I'll definetly punch him until he woke up again."

"Let's not jump into conclusion hm?" -Heochan.

"He will tell us that later." -Sejun.

"Seungsik hyung, isn't she the girl that Seungwoo hyung has been talking about?" Subin asked.

"Yes. That's her."

Subin sat besides Chloe, who has been quiet since lunch time. "Hi Chloe, I'm Subin. Don't ask why we know your name. Seungwoo has been telling us about you nonstop. He actually like you, a lot."

"R-Really?"

"Yes! The way he say your name? He likes you very much. But I don't know if the two will having a comeback. It hurts, I know. But we can't do anything about that..."

"I-I should go home."

"It's getting dark, atleast one of them should walk you home." Seungsik said.

"It's fine, Mr. Kang." She bid her goodbye and left the library.

As she exited the library, she walked all by herself. When she passed to his detention room, she tried avoiding that room. But there's something inside her to go there. Curiousity is killing her slowly.

After having a battle between the mind and the heart, she went to his detention room and listened to their conversation. It is wrong but this is the only way her feelings would be in peace.

Her world stopped when she saw that Seungwoo kissed her. The girl's heart broke into the million pieces. I was too late.

She quickly ran out of the school. As her tears were flowing endlessly. She was never been hurt in her entire life. She cried and cried, letting the pain go out to her chest.

"Loving you is so painful. I shouldn't have fall for you."
