I was accepted into the games! I think excitedly to myself before walking into the room. As soon as I walk into the room, opening the doors, Everyone staring at me and everyone's attention all on me. Suddenly a voice speaks "Hey bruddah welcome to the games!" a big man with lots of armor and his hair tied up in a bun said "My name is Gibraltar but you can call me Gibby!" I smiled as Gibby introduced himself and the other legends to me.
One of the legends names was Crypto, He caught my eye as soon as I walked into the room and the way he seemed pretty focused on working on his drone seemed pretty cool and maybe we could have a chance to be friends not too far into the distant future. The next introduced was lifeline, she had colored hair with pretty brown eyes. She's stunning, I thought to myself. Then a robot about 7 foot tall stood in front of me. Looking down at me says "So, this is the new skin suit?" I reply with ignoring what he just said "Oh! hello I'm y/n." He then responds "I could care less" Well.. he wasn't very nice.
The next thing I know, A girl comes running through the halls and calls someone a demon. I guessed she was talking about the robot from earlier because he's the only legend that I've met that gave off a bit of a demonic vibe. She then yelled at him, telling him to leave the "new guy" alone "What are you gonna do girly? Tell your parents?" while saying that he laughed hysterically, he walked away laughing a bit meanwhile the girl arguing with him came up to me and asked if I was ok, I nodded. she sighed and offered to show me around, she took my hand and we both walked off.
On the way to my new room, she talked to me about the other legends except for the robot. When we got to my room I realized that I didn't get her name "Hey, um I didn't get your name!" I said before she started to walk off. She looked at me with a flirtatious smirk and said "Loba".
After I finished unpacking, I decided to go talk to the other legends. I first talk to the girl with black hair she was a little distant and cold. "Your wraith right?" I asked, she looked at me and eventually said yes, I tried talking making a bit of conversation but it was heading nowhere. I thought that it was probably because she didn't know me enough yet to talk much with me. I walked over to the next girl I saw, she had white hair and had a jetpack on her back "H-" "l like girls" she said before I could finish what I was about to say "I just wanted to say hi?" she replied "Sorry, before I joined the apex games men would go up to me and try to flirt with me, my bad." I chucked a bit "and you must be.. Valkyrie?" She stands up and says "The one and only baby!" we both laughed and got along.
(A few hours pass)
The time was 10PM, almost time to go to bed. After I talked to all the legends, I honestly found all of the legends interesting except for the "demon". I changed into black shorts and into a black tank top, then fell asleep.
Yawning, I finally woke up after a good nights sleep. I then proceeded to take a shower, brush my teeth, and put on my gear. I walked into the lobby whilst remembering Bloodhound telling me to look at the screens on top to see what team I'm with. I looked up and saw that I was with Loba and Valkyrie. I thought to myself, I'm glad to be on the same team with people I'm well acquainted with. me and the 2 women walked to the platforms. Valkyrie was the jumpmaster.
We jumped off the ship, and were in the breeze. Even though for the most part I couldn't feel the wind but the pressure, I could tell it felt nice as Loba and Valkyrie seemed to enjoy it. We landed at Hammond labs and started looking for loot. I got a level 3 evo shield and helmet; a wingman and r-301 my favorite combo.
*Fast forward to 2 squads left*
2 squads left I have 3 eliminations, Loba has 6 and Valk has 4. While walking around I saw another team, Revenant, Lifeline, and Octane. I marked them to show my team where they were. Valkyrie then made the best decision and used her ultimate. We flew to them quickly, I then used my black smoke to blind them. I knocked Lifeline and Octane then Loba and Valkyrie finished Revenant, "Your good at this for a newbie" Loba winked which made me a little flustered. Just us and one other squad, A few more minutes later I saw Mirage, Rampart, and Wraith all arguing. I didn't know why though, I found it funny. Loba shot Rampart and Wraith in the head, both down. Mirage chickened out and ran using his decoy escape. I used my ultimate to knock him as well, I did my finisher as I got my motorcycle, I ran over him doing a wheelie and killing him, "WE WON THE GAME" Valk yelled.
"Here are your apex champions" the announcer said.
When I walked back into the lobby everyone was congratulating me. I saw lifeline and started to feel my face go red. Loba also congratulating me for my first win, then asked if I wanted to go to a party with her, I agreed not thinking much of it. She walked me back to my room so I could get ready, Since she was already ready she sat down on my bed waiting for me to be done.

I looked at her a little confused trying to change "Um.. I'm changing?" I said trying to be polite, "And?" Loba said raising an eyebrow.
I took off my helmet and looked at loba.
*What you look like*
Loba makes a surprised expression, and starts to turn a little red. She walks out of my bedroom and into the living room "Where are you going, I thought you wanted to stay?" I said sarcastically, she didn't reply so I assumed she left. I walked out of the room once I was done. and saw Loba waiting on the couch "Oh your done?" She said, I nodded. We walked down the hall and out to the door which leaded to outside, Then got into a taxi, Loba sitting next to me. "This is gonna be a long ride" she said sighing "What do you mean a long ride?" I said "it's gonna take about an hour and 15 minutes to get there" I face palmed. after about 30 minutes I fell asleep.
*Loba's POV*
About 30 mins into the car ride the boy fell asleep. Honestly I was tired too, I then laid on his shoulder, then dozed off.
*Y/Ns POV*
I woke up back in my room and checked the time. It was about 5 AM, I got up and saw Loba sleeping on the couch. I woke her up a little and asked what had happened. She said to me barely waking up "when we got there the building was on fire because of some drunk guy so I thought it was best to go home" Loba continuing on said "I stayed a bit to make sure you were- informed on what happened"
"Thanks for telling me" I said smiling. She smiled back and exited your room, going back to hers to finish her sleep.
That morning, I put on some presentable clothes and walked to lifeline's room.I knocked on the door, she opened it and seemed exhausted. Her hair was down and a little messy. "can I come in?" I asked a little concerned. When she let me in, I saw that octane stim was on her counter. I asked why she had it, she said that octane had too much stim in his room so she offered to take a few, lifeline went to the restroom. I decided to look around her room, after I realized that she looked kinda familiar after looking at some pics on the wall, It hit me it was my ex Ajay! she just got a different look, she came out of the restroom saw me making a flabbergasted look "you alright?" she asked "Its you Ajay!" I said in a soft tone she was confused till I took off my helmet. When she saw me we both stared into each other eyes then started to lean in for a kiss
(After a lil kiss ses)
I told her we should talk in my room. I questioned her, asking why she left out of no where and didn't tell me anything. She explained that her parents moved often and didn't like it when she was dating so they eventually told me to cut me off and to never speak to me again, she started to cry on my shoulder. I comforted her and I kissed her on the forehead.
Not knowing my door was unlocked. Loba walked in on me and lifeline kissing.
