Mia's POV
I was met with the darkness.
The pain in my head hurt like a bitch. I could taste blood in my mouth, a slight movement that caused me to groan in discomfort.
Slowly cracking my eyes open, the dim light in the room was the only thing I saw first. My hands were bound to a chair, chains that were tightly chaining me down. I attempted to pull, only for the sharp metal digging into my skin, drawing blood.
The room was mostly dark, except for the dim light shining the room. No windows. Only a metal door that was situated in front of me.
Not something I wanted to see after a car hitting us out of nowhere.
The metal door opened, and in walked a figure.
"Well, if it isn't the traitor. You really have dug low like the bastard itself," I sneered, leaning against the chair.
The figure walked out of the shadow, until I could fully see who I was facing.
"You look well, Mia."
I let out a cruel laugh, shaking my head. "It seems so, doesn't it." I forced myself to look into his eyes, his face showing mild scratches and blood stained. "The blood sure seem to suit you, don't you think?" I flutter my eyelashes at him, his face showing no emotion.
My attention was brought to the very person I so wanted to punch, stepping beside him.
"I expected you to be more surprised, assuming that you never would have expected your boyfriend to betray you." A cruel smile curled on Louis's lips, studying me, bound to the chair.
Another cold laugh escaped my lips, mirroring his same expression. "You really are fools if you thought I didn't see it coming. It wasn't hard to piece together when Leia sent me documents, showing evidence of your plans. April 24th was the day you planned everything out, wasn't it."
Louis clapped in amusement, stepping towards me. "Well done. It seems you're more clever than Killian let on."
I lift my chin and met Killian's eyes, who only watched both Louis and I's movement. "You're quite the actress, Killy," I spat out the name, as if some kind of disease, "Who would of thought you were just a heartless bastard. You two make quite the team."
A hard slap on my cheek had me whirling my head to the side. I laughed, spitting the blood from my mouth on the floor.
Turning my head to meet Louis hard stare, I smirked. "Come on, Louis. I expected better from you. Is that really all you have?"
I expected another slap, though amusement filled his eyes. He crouched in front of me, fingers trailing up my leg. I shake off the disgust on my tongue, my face never faltering.
"If this is your way of attracting women, you have a lot to learn my friend. This is probably why you don't get past the first date." I grin.
"You have such a filthy mouth," Louis observed.
"I learnt from the best," I look over at Killian and smirked. "Back to business. You didn't just kidnap me for useless questions, so out with it. What do you want from me?" I raised a brow, waiting.
