Let's get straight to it.
The main character of this Story is named Penelope Parkinson.
She is seventeen and in her fifth year at Hogwarts. You, of course, can imagine Penelope to look however you'd like. There won't be any specific character description of her.
She has a sister, who you probably know. Pansy Parkinson. She is Pen's little sister. Pansy's one year below her - in her fourth year - and sixteen.
But Penelope is still in the same year as Harry and Draco and all the others. You probably get it.
All characters mentioned, except Penelope, belong to Jk Rowling. I don't tie myself to the schedule or events of the fifth year, but I do occasionally orient myself to them.
