Emma pov:
"Hey dad whatcha making?" I asked standing in the kitchen.
"Just a little something for the dinner with Kuroo's family" he answered.
"Oh okay well I'm going to go get dressed then" I said.
"Oh okay can you also help Jacob with his clothes?" He asked.
"Of course" I said.
"Oh tell your dad to come down" my dad said.
"Okay" I said before walking out.
Kaito pov:
I was frantically running around the house cleaning everything for when Emma and her family comes, I ran around the corner and bumped into something. I looked up as a hand was held out and I saw my dad standing there.
"Sorry" I said taking his hand as he pulled me to my feet.
"Its alright" he says.
"Thanks" I said.
"Yeah but you need to relax why dont you go get changed?" He suggested.
"Okay" I said lowering my head.
"Dont worry I'll help you impress her" he says.
"Really!? Thanks" I said before running off.
I closed the door to my room before going over to my wardrobe, I open it and go through all my clothes before finally finding something. I looked the clothes on my bed before grabbing it and putting it on, I looked in the mirror and looked at my black comfortable skinny jeans with a red tank top that showed the tattoos on my body. I walked out my room and into the kitchen, I saw my mum standing there cooking while my dad was trying to steal some food.
"Oi leave it alone Kuroo" my mum says smacking his hand.
"Ow okay fine" he says.
"Hey" I awkwardly said.
"Oh hey sweetie" my mum says.
"Hey Kaito" my dad said.
"You look handsome" she said.
"Thanks" I replied.
Timeskip...
Emma pov:
I was dressed in some casual blue skinny jeans with a black shirt that said 'Rebel' on it, I carried Jacob on my hip down the stairs and to the door. I saw my dads waiting there with their things, I put my slippers on and walked out.
"We can go now" I said walking past them.
"Okay cool" Bokuto says locking the door.
I hopped in the car after buckling Jacob up, they both hopped in the car and Bokuto drove off. Once we got there I grabbed Jacob and waited for our parents to catch up.
"Let's go" Bokuto said.
We stood at the front door and I pressed the button, a few minutes later the door open and Kaito stood there with a smile.
"Hey Kaito" I said.
"Hey Emma" he says.
"Where are your parents?" Bokuto asked taking his shows off.
"The kitchen" he answered.
"Okay thanks" Akaashi replies.
They walked off while I put Jacob down on the ground, I took my shoes off and we both stood there awkwardly.
"So..." Kaito quietly said.
"Can you give me a tour of the house?" I asked.
"Oh sure" he answered.
After the tour of the house he took me to his room, he opens the door and let's me in first. I curiously looked around his room while he shut his door and sat on his bed.
"Cool room" I said.
"Thanks" he says.
I sat next to him as we silently sat there, but then someone knock on the door making us both look at the door. Kaito stands up and opens the door, Kuroo walks in and looks at us both.
"Hey um dinner is ready" he says.
"Oh okay let's go eat then" I said.
Both the boys let me through first and followed behind me, I walked into the room and sat down in between Kuroo and Kaito.
"Dig in" the lady says.
Timeskip...
Me and Kaito were sitting on the couch watching a movie and eating popcorn, I yawned and got more comfortable while slowly falling asleep.
Kaito pov:
I yawned and looked at Emma who was fast asleep, I turned the movie off and gently picked her up and walked to my room. I slowly put her down in my bed and put the blanket over her then grabbed my hoodie before heading back downstairs to sleep.
"Oh hey Bokuto" I said seeing him in the lounge.
"Oh hey Kaito where's Emma?" He asked.
"Asleep in my room" I answered.
"Oh okay well we are going to stay in the spare room because we are both have had alot of drinks" he says.
"Oh okay" I said.
"Well see ya" he says leaving the room.
I laid down on the couch while grabbing the blanket and using my hoodie as a pillow, I turned over so I was on my back looking up at the ceiling.
