The feeling

"DREAM, BIG D, HOW ARE YOU, BIG GUY?" Three figures ran into the field from the treeline, the blond's voice boomed across the tall grass with ease. They seemed to ring the same odd feeling George got when he first met Dream.

"Here we go," Dream stood up and looked to George, "Stay here for a bit, keep the crows company."

George watched as Dream approached the three who were now on the ground due to one of them tripping, pulling one down in the process as the other, who wore a black and white mask with dark goggles much like George's missing goggles, tripped over them. He noticed three other figures emerged from the forest as well, which caused the odd feeling once more. Dream yanked the blond up and helped the brunet's up gently, which caused the blond to complain.

The other three soon joined Dream and those who tripped. They talked for a bit before the shortest out of all of them looked over to George and waved happily. George waved back to be nice.

The blond pulled the shortest and the other one that tripped, who was a considerable amount taller than Dream, over to the animals. Dream turned around with a shake of his head and made his way over to George, "Sorry for leaving you for a bit."

"It's fine, they're your friends."

Dream sighed and the two watched as the man in a white and green striped hat approached them, "Dream, sorry for Techno, you know how he gets."

"Yeah, but he can't be over here if he's worked up like that. It could...affect the animals."

The man glanced at George after he nodded. There was something in the back of George's head that told him something he couldn't quite understand until the man spoke up, "Hey, mate. I'm Philza."

"George."

"Nice to meet-"

"Hi, I'm Wilbur, you look interesting. Are you a hunter? From the Hunter Corps, that is," one of the men, the one in a beanie, approached seemingly like a ghost. George didn't even notice when he moved from the pink-haired male who went to the three in the field. But he did notice the same feeling he got from Philza with Wilbur.

"Wil, don't go prying in business that isn't yours, how many times do I have to tell you," Philza flicked Wilbur's forehead. The tall Brit rubbed the spot with an annoyed huff as Philza turned to George, "Ignore him, he's an idiot."

"That's no way to speak to your child."

Philza rolled his eyes as he shooed the crows off of George, "You're not even my kid, you just popped out of nowhere one day-"

"Call Tommy over," Dream reached to rub his face but remembered he had his mask on. He stood up and grumbled, "Tell him to come inside so I can examine him, Ranboo too."

"You got it," Wilbur turned on his heel to march over to the four George has yet to meet. He heard the shorter brunette shout 'Tommy' at the blond when he made a rabbit run off.

Dream looked over at George, "Do you wanna go back inside?"

With a small nod, Dream helped the injured man to stand and guided him back to the infirmary, Patches trailed behind them.

"They look to be a wild bunch," George said as he was lightly placed on the bed.

"The three playing with the animals are even more wild," Dream made sure that George didn't hurt himself before going to a closet and pulled out a folding screen. He set it up to cover George's view from the desk Dream sat at through the checkups.

The Brit furrowed his eyebrows, "You're gonna do a checkup on them? I thought you said you weren't a human nurse?"

Dream hums, "They're an exception. For good reasons too, they have a venom in them that could kill them if I don't check it's status regularly. They came for an examination earlier than usual since the six of them are going out on an adventure or something, they didn't specify."
