Praying for you (Jesus x Obama)

Familiar figures

The next day, Obama woke up early for work as an aspiring politician. He drank his morning coffee and went to the workplace.

Driving there, he couldn't focus on signs and cars because of the recent stress he was put under. Obama looked up at the nearby stop sign and darted past it. Hopefully nobody was looking.

When he got to the workplace Obama immediately started to get a headache. The whole day he had to face Joe Biden who wouldn't look up at him.

Along with that, he kept seeing the figure of a man that he had seen so many times before, but it disappeared every time. 

When Obama walked over to the bathroom, he could sense the presence of someone. When he got to the washroom, he did his business and opened the stall door. When he opened it, he saw Jesus looking into the mirror.

"What are you doing here? I'm at work Jesus." Said Obama angrily.

"We are destined to be together Barrack. You know it too." Jesus looked at Obama in the eyes with a piercing look.

"We can never be together Jesus. I wish we could but there's no way."

"There is a way. A way in which I would never want to see you do." Said Jesus in an ominous tone.

"Like what? I would do almost anything."

"Nevermind that. You have to get back to work."

Obama washed his hands and went back to his daily work tasks.

After work, he thought about ways that he could be with Jesus. 

Couldn't Jesus just come to earth as a human again? What if we just forget about each other completely? Or, I could convert and never have to pray to the being I love? I don't know anymore.

By that time it was already 11 at night so Obama got some shuteye. Obama went to sleep happy knowing that he didn't need to work tomorrow.
