just watch it. i cried so FRICKING HARD

ok lemme explain, no this isn't a hamilton au or something, it's literally just percy, piper, and leo singing schuyler sisters but like, slightly more interesting ig.

Annabeth's POV:

I had just finished my work for the day, and I wanted some time to relax. Unwind. Whatever. So I went to the basement, got a book, and turned on 'Schuyler Sisters' on my iLeo.

I did not expect to hear Percy and Leo (with blankets tied around their waists, making it look like they were wearing dresses) and Piper (who was dressed like Eliza) and Jason (who was wearing a normal t-shirt) singing.

"There's nothing rich folks love more

Than going downtown and slummin' it with the poor

They pull up in their carriages and gawk

At the students in the common

Just to watch them talk

Take Philip Schuyler, the man is loaded

Uh-oh, but little does he know that

His daughters, Peggy, Angelica, Eliza

Sneak into the city just to watch all the guys at-" Jason started.

"WORK, WORK," all four of them chorused. I shook my head disbelievingly.

"Angelicaaaaaa," Percy sang.

"WORK, WORK," they all said.

"Eliiiiza," Piper sang.

"AND PEGGY," sang Leo.

"THE SCHUYLER SISTERS!" Percy, Piper, and Leo sang together.

"Angelica," That was Percy.

"Peggy!" Leo

"Eliza!" Pipes.

"WORK,"' everyone sang again.

"Daddy said to be home by sundown," Leo said in a young-ish voice.

"Daddy doesn't need to know," Percy sang sassily. He can never get rid of that sass, can he?

"Daddy said not to go downtown," Leo persisted. Piper sighed and walked towards Leo.

"Like I said, you're free to go," she said, putting and arm around him.

"But, look around, look around, the Revolution's happening in New York," Percy said, spreadiing his arms out.

"New York!" Leo and Piper echoed.

"Angelicaaaaaaaaaa," the two sang. "WORK!"

"It's bad enough Daddy wants to go to war," Leo sang, his shoulders sagging.

"People shouting in the square," Piper sang.

"It's bad enough there'll be violence on our shore," Leo crossed his arms over his chest and frowned.

"New ideas in the air!" Percy sang. "Look around, look around!"

"Angelica, remind me what we're looking for," Piper asked, her arms still around Leo.

"She's looking for ME!" Jason sang.

"Oh, hey bro," Percy said. "Didn't see you here. Did you just wake up or something...?"

Dude-I was here the whole time, how did you not- ok, moving along," Jason said, facepalming.

"It's your line, Percy," Piper said, elbowing my clueless boyfriend.

"Oh, right. Eliza, I'm lookin' for a mind at work! (work) I'm lookin' for a mind at work! (work) I'm lookin' for a mind at work! (work) Whooaaaaa! Whooaaaaa!" Percy sang.

"Work!" Everyone chorused.

"Wooh! There's nothin' like summer in the city," Jason said, fanning his face like it was really hot outside. "Someone in a rush next to someone lookin' pretty,"

Oh...

Leo had just dragged Nico and Will into the basement. Will was carrying a briefcase to show that he was going somewhere. And the son of Hades was wearing a bright pink dress. Neither of the demigods looked too happy to be there. Jason tried not to laugh as he looked at the two boys.

"Hold it- Leo, is that my dress?" Piper asked. Leo's eyes went wide, and his huge smile disappeared.

"Um..." was all he could say before Jason started singing again. Jason had walked over to Percy.

"Excuse me, miss, I know it's not funny, but your perfume smells like your daddy's got money," Jason started. Percy had that OMG-I-am-so-done-with-you-right-now look on his face. He also looked quite disgusted. "Why you slummin' in the city in your fancy heels?" Percy pulled the blanket up slightly. Gods of Olympus- my boyfriend was wearing bright red high heels. "You searchin' for an urchin who can give you ideal?"

Percy pushed Jason onto the floor. Both boys looked really mad.

"They do know we're just acting, right?" I heard Piper whisper to Nico.

"I hope so," Nico said.

"Burr, you disgust me!" Percy said.

"Ah, so you've discussed me. Imma trust fund, baby, you can trust me!" Jason growled.

"I've been reading Common Sense by Thomas Paine, so men say that I'm intense or I'm insane," Percy dropped to the floor next to Jason. "You want a revolution?" Percy poked his finger at Jason's chest. "I want a revelation!" He moved away from Jason and called Piper and Leo to help him up. "So listen to my declaration:"

"'We hold these truths to be self-evident
That all men are created equal,'" the three sang.

"And when I meet Thomas Jefferson," Percy started

"Oh!" his 'sisters' said, faking a surprised look.

"Imma compel him to include women in the sequel!" he finished put his fist in the air (or whtevr it is they do)

"WORK!" everyone yelled.

"Look around, look around at how lucky we are to be alive right now! Look around, look around at how lucky we are to be alive right now!" Piper sang, grabbing Leo and Percy's hands and dragging them to the middle of the room.

"History is happening in Manhattan and we just happen to be in the greatest city in the world! In the greatest city in the world!" everyone sang.

I decided to cut in at this part. "How about we skip this next scene? It's too chaotic, and someone gave Leo some Skittles at school earlier. Let's just skip to the 'Schuyler Sisters' part," I said.

Everyone agreed.

"Angelicaaaaaaaaa," Percy sang.

"WORK WORK."

"Eliiiiiiiiiiiizaaa," there's Piper.

"AND PEGGY," wow, Leo's loud!

"THE SCHUYLER SISTERS!" we decided to end it at that, since everyone, with the exception of Leo, was super tired now. There were a lot of, 'OMG WE DID IT's. Even Hazel, Frank, and Reyna had come to tell the cast how good that sounded.

"I've got to admit, that wasn't terrible," I admitted with a shrug.

"Seriously?" Leo asked, gaping at me. I nodded.

"OH MY GODS, THERE WAS MATH HOMEWORK TODAY?!" ah, that would be my boyfriend.

"Wow, Percy. You aren't going to let us enjoy our success for even a second?" Jason grumbled.

I sighed and grabbed my math textbook to help him with the homework.

Some things never change.

welp, i think that was a success.
