𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲

The next day approached and the days started getting colder. Hyunjin just got back from his job, so he decided to spend the rest of his day with Sunoo. They both decided to walk around the neighborhood.

"Mama look! A bird!" Sunoo yelled as he pointed at the bird flying by. Hyunjin smiled softly. Then Hyunjin saw a familiar car driving by. The car then stopped beside him. The window rolled down and a familiar smile greeted Hyunjin.

"Good afternoon." Hyunjin smiled

"Good afternoon Bambam. What's up?" Hyunjin responded. Bambam shrugged.

"Just wanted to see my two favorite people." Bambam smiled making Hyunjin blush. Sunoo stopped looking at the bird and towards them.

"Mama I want ice cream!" Sunoo pouted. Hyunjin then remembered he promised Sunoo ice cream.

"Oh right! Lets get going-"

"I'll drive you two there since I have nothing going on." Hyunjin blinked a bit.

"Oh okay good idea!" Hyunjin picked up Sunoo and made his way to the car. He then opened the door and sat Sunoo down onto the seat. Once he got him settled he headed to the passenger seat and got in.

"Which ice cream place would you like to go?" Bambam asked. Hyunjin shrugged.

"Which ever is closes."

"The only close one from here is right across the street from that old flower shop." Hyunjin frowned a bit since that flower shop was Felix's.

"Yeah that one." The car then started and off they went.

Once they arrived, Sunoo opened the door and took off into the ice cream shop while Bambam quickly went after him. Hyunjin was hesitant to leave the car as he sadly looked at the old flower shop. He took a deep breath and got out.

"Hopefully one day you'll come back Felix... This place is no good without you here." Hyunjin thought to himself before he went inside the shop.

"Mommy! Look who's here! Jimin and Wolf Chan!" Sunoo pointed at a table. He could clearly see Jimin since she was sitting facing them. But the other person was sitting the other direction.

"Wolf Chan?" Hyunjin said confused before locking eyes with Chan. He felt his heart stop.

"Hyunjin you okay?" Bambam asked while Hyunjin looked at him. He forced himself to smile and nodded. Bambam nodded not aware on what was happening.

"Hyunjin! So funny running into you here." Jimin said. However, her voice wasn't like how it was the last time. It sounded more angry.

"Yeah.... So funny.." Hyunjin laughed nervously. Chans eyes never once left Hyunjin, which caused Jimin and Bambam to notice. Bambam looked at Jimin.

"Sunoo, let's see what type of ice cream you would like." Bambam finally spoke as Sunoo agreed and ran over to him. Bambam gently moved Hyunjin away from the couple.

"Fucking bitch..." Jimin mumbled to herself. Chan didnt hear her. He looked out the window to see the lonely flower shop.

"I'm going outside. It's getting hot in here." Chan stood up and left. Hyunjin noticed and looked at Bambam.

"I forgot something in the car. I'll be back." Hyunjin said as Bambam handed him the keys. Hyunjin smiled and left the shop. Jimin watched him leave as her leg started to bounce. But she tried keeping her cool.

Hyunjin stepped out of the shop and took a deep breath. Chan was sitting on a bench away from the shop right where the car was. Hyunjin made his way to the car.

"Hey." Chan said which made Hyunjin stop and look at him. Chan signaled him to sit down. Hyunjin took a seat beside him.

"Um... It's been awhile..." Hyunjin spoke. Chan hummed in response. They both sat in silence. They wanted to spill on what's on their mind, talk about how they feel, and finally discuss about what happened a long time ago. But they stayed silent.

Until Hyunjin finally broke the silence.

"Why did you leave..?" Chan could hear the pain in his voice. He could tell he was holding back tears.

"Cause.."

"Because why?? Did you just... use me or something?? Did that night, that moment, just mean nothing to you? Was I not good enough?" Hyunjin tried to fight back the tears. Chan shook his head as he sat up straight.

"That's not why-"

"Then what was the reason huh? What could you possibly say to make me understand-"

"Cause my grandma had fallen ill! That's why Felix left too. Was that not enough to make you understand??" Hyunjin froze, not knowing what to say.

"I'm so sorry.. Chan i'm sorry, I should've known.. I was just overthinking and.. god i'm just so.. selfish??... i'm sorry Chan just forget this ever happened. I'm so sorry." Hyunjin was about to stand up until Chan stopped him.

"It's fine Hyunjin. I should've told you instead of leaving."

"It's to late for that now..."

"Thanks for reminding me."

"Sorry.. I always say what comes in mind when i'm overwhelmed.."

"Yeah I clearly can see that." Chan sighed. Hyunjin glared at him. Until they locked eyes again. It was quiet.

"Isn't this um... awkward.."

"Yeah it is. It's not everyday someone is meeting the person they lost their virginity too and have to take care of a chi-" Hyunjin slapped his hand over his mouth. Chan looked at him confused.

"A what?"

"Nothing nevermind! I told Bambam i'll be back we should go inside!" Hyunjin stood up as Chan grabbed his arm.

"Finish the sentence Hyunjin!" Hyunjin froze. Chans eyes were cold and uneasy. Hyunjin couldn't tell if he was mad or not. He didn't know if he had to tell the truth or his made up excuse he used on everyone. So he started yelling a random cooking recipe over and over again out of panic.

Chan looked at him confused while Bambam came out in time to save him.

"What's going on??" Bambam asked as Chan let go of Hyunjin as he shut up quickly.

"Nothing! He was helping me look for something until I saw something and I got scared!" Hyunjin pulled out his phone since that is what he was looking for.

"Okay then. But Sunoo is already eating his ice cream with Jimin. I payed already so don't worry." Hyunjin smiled as he went over to Bambam. Chan watched as the couple walked back inside. He frowned upset but he couldn't simply blame anyone for it.

But Chan couldn't get the feeling that something wasn't right. It was never right. And Hyunjins unfinished sentence stayed in his mind.
