The backstory behind this is:
As I was scrolling through pinterest, my internet connection wasn't working. Funny because I didn't move the computer or anything.
So I reset it.
After I powered the laptop back on, I looked at pinterest once more, and that happened.
It went on for about 10 minutes or so.
