Everyone in town knew, not where she was, but in fact the other way around, that nobody knew where she was.
By now it was only midday but there was little sign of her return. That's was of course until, she.. well... returned. She wasn't the same, not at all, she had a few bruises. Her hair was longer but straighter- damaged and her voice was slightly husky, just slightly.
She talked about it whenever asked but remembered very few of the events that occurred late last night.
All she shared was the way she had felt once she saw the alleyway, that she would usually talk to her mother with in the rare situation in which her mother would make an attempt to mend their unfixable relationship, except she wouldn't talk about the whole mother part, that was private.

A/n: uhhhh this chapter was a struggle: again I rambled and phrased things weirdly and despite the struggle there is a subpar outcome. Oh well.
Anywayyyy how are you? Go eat some food, try to make it nutritious but and the end of the day 'unhealthy'' food is better than no food.
