3rd pov:

yeah, yeah you all know that noya's signature move out on the court is called rolling thunder. therefore no-one would guess that noya absolutely h a t e s storms, especially thunder. it's so loud and you never know when it's gonna hit.

on one night after practice it started to rain when noya was walking home. he didn't mind the rain that much but he started to get worried that it might storm since it was raining harder. once home he tried to sleep through it but he woke up to a loud bang outside of his house. it woke him up so much that he couldn't get back to sleep. he didn't want to bother anyone so he tried to keep his mind of it and occupy himself.

after all of his options ran out, he decided to text asahi. asahi loved rainstorms and he was always awake during this hour studying or just reading or watching anime. so, noya decided to call him and said that he was scared of the thunder and to come over. no doubt about it, asahi was there in a flash.

asahi's pov: the only people that do know about noya's fear of thunder is me, suga and tanaka. both of them we busy so that leaves me. i was out in a flash because i wouldn't dare let my little squish bean be scared all by himself. i actually love storms and rain so i didn't mind going. i would've gone either way but it's just calming to me.

i was out on the doorsteps about to knock when all of a sudden, i heard a loud thud and bursted inside. "who the fuCK hurt my squish bean" i don't usually curse but when i do, i am either really pissed or really pissed. i hurried over to the trembling noya curled up in a blanket at the bottom of the stairs. he chuckled at my sudden language but aslong as he's alright, i'm fine.

"oh it's nothing honey, i just fell on the stairs, that's all" "just make sure to be careful next time, okay?" "hm, whatever you say my gentle giant"

i blushed at the nickname but after 3 seconds i scooped him up bridal style and took him too his bedroom.

asahi layed noya down in a blanket burrito and gave him a kiss on his lips and said sweet nothings after humming him to sleep. "i love you my little squish bean" little did he know noya was awake the whole time.
