Talks

The next morning I got woken up by the sun shining through the back window. I looked over and saw Andy sleeping peacefully I kissed his head and then looked on my phone. 3 missed calls from mikey. The time was 9:18am. Uh oh

I went onto Instagram while waiting for Andy to wake up. After a little while I felt a warm arm go around my back. I looked at Andy and he was cuddled right into me. I stroked his head

Elena- good morning

Andy- morning

I loved his morning voice.

Andy- how did you sleep?

Elena- it was a bit loud because of the rain but other than that fine. You?

Andy- like an angel

Elena- that's good

Andy- what's the time?

Elena- almost half 9

He shot up

Andy- no way?

I nodded and showed him my phone. He laughed and laid back down.

Andy- I was hoping we would go home at like 6 or 7 so the others didn't know we were gone

Elena- why?

Andy- so they don't make a big deal out of it. You know when we go back they're going to act like 12 year olds?

Elena- I know

We both laughed and then started to get ready. We got back into the car after putting everything away and started driving home. Stopping at McDonald's along the way. We parked up the car and then headed inside. We went into the kitchen and Robbie, mikey and rye were there.

Mikey- oh fancy seeing you two here!

Elena- oh hello

Andy- where are the others?

Mikey- uh, don't change the subject. We need to talk about the elephant in the room. But Elena can tell me

He smiled at me and then cheerfully skipped to the back door

Mikey- come on Elle. Come and tell me

Elena- I'll make a drink and I'll be out

I looked at Andy and he nodded

Robbie- the others are still asleep.

Andy- of course they are

Robbie- you two should probably sleep too.

Andy- I might head up in a bit. I've got a cracking headache

Elena- rye are you okay?

I looked at rye and he was texting the whole time

Rye- I broke up with Jane

Andy- oh no.

Elena- oh I'm sorry

Rye- don't be. It just wasn't mean to be

I rubbed his back and then gave him a hug. I then made a tea and coffee and headed to see mikey.

Mikey- soooo

I passed him his coffee and started to tell him all about my night with Andy.

Mikey- I can't believe it! Well actually I can. I saw it coming. So what are you two now official?

I shook my head

Elena- we're going to wait until after Christmas.

Mikey- that makes sense as we're going home

Elena- yeah. So um, when did rye break up with Jane?

Mikey- this morning. He's been acting quite strange lately. I can't tell what it is but he seems different

Elena- maybe Andy should talk to him? They're close friends?

Mikey- yeah good idea

I texted Andy and then me and mikey continued to talk at the end of the garden
