Today is SanRemo, the competition where Italy choses their entry for this year's Eurovision. My personal favorite is the band Måneskin, I love their music! And the lead singer is really cute. I searched my whole closet for the right clothes. I finally found the perfect clothes, I called my friend and asked her if she was ready to go. 'I'll be there in 10 minutes be ready!!' she said. I grabbed my last things and went outside. She arrived and I stepped in the car. We went to SanRemo, we arrived very early. The doors weren't open yet, so we went looking for something to eat. Finally, we found a small little place to eat something. It was time to go to the big event, everyone in Italy will be watching the big finally of the SanRemo competition.

We went inside and there weren't many people yet. The show was starting in 45 minutes, so we still had to wait for a little while. We checked our Instagram to see if there were any updates on the Måneskin Account. The show started; I sang along to every song I knew. And then finally Måneskin came on. I knew every word of their song and almost screamed. One of the camera's focused on me for a few seconds, I WAS LIVE ON TELEVISION FOR WHOLE ITALY. I tried to be as calm as possible and just smiled and sang along. They were done and I screamed to my friend. The last acts came on and it was time to vote. Of course, I voted on Måneskin at least 10 times.

After a few guests acts it was time. Everyone was standing together, they pulled out the little card with the winner's name on it. 'And the winner is........ MÅNESKIN!!!!' the man said. I jumped and screamed as hard as I could. Everyone was cheering and some people even crying, so was I. I was so happy for them; they can actually go to Eurovision and get the acknowledge they deserve! They performed their winning song one last time, I screamed along with the tears of joy rolling over my face. After that the show was done really quick, everyone left their seats and went outside. My friend and I decided to go on a little walk around SanRemo. We took some pictures an went on our way to the car, it was a 20-minute walk and there were barely any people on the streets, so we decided to play some Måneskin music out loud.

All of a sudden, I heard people singing along to the music. I looked behind me and it was Måneskin!! They were coming towards us and I almost ran towards them. 'Heyy I saw you in the public at SanRemo' Damiano said. HE RECOGNIZD ME!? 'Ye-yeah that was me' I said super nervous. 'Well, I'm really glad I found you because that was actually the reason we went outside so fast' He said. 'Wait for me!?' I spoke. 'Yes! We first had a lot of interviews but we kind off sneaked out for you.' He spoke. FOR ME!?

He wanted to see me, I din't get it. 'There are probably a lot of people searching for us so if I could please have you phone number? He asked. He put out his phone, I grabbed it as fast as I could and typed it in. They went away and me and my friend were screaming.

He texted me 2 days after SanRemo, he thought I was very pretty and wanted to go on a date with me. I said yes as fast as I could. We went on a cute beach date with dinner after. After 1 month we were fully dating, only the band knew of our relationship and were totally okay with it. I was hanging a lot with them, while they were making new music or practicing for Eurovision. One day Victoria came to me and asked: 'So we all talked about it and asked our management if it was okay for you to come with us to Eurovision' She spoke. 'Omg what was their answer?' I asked. 'YOU CAN COME' Thomas spilled out before Victoria could. 'THOMAS' Victoria yelled. 'Sorry' He apologized. 'THAT IS AMAZING GUYS' I screamed of excitement. I hugged Damiano and cried a little out of happiness. Going to Eurovision has always been my dream!

It was 2 weeks before the Eurovision Grand-Final, time to go to Rotterdam! Everyone was ready to go, the trip from Italy to The Netherlands was amazing. The first two weeks they had a few interviews, but we had a lot of time to see the city. Damiano and I went on a lot of cute dates, we have had a relationship of 2 months now, and every day I fall more and more in love with him. I have never felt this for anyone ever in my life! The final repetition was here and they absolutely killed it! They must win, everything is just perfect!

It's finally the day we have all been waiting for, The Grand Finale of Eurovision 2021! I was allowed to sit with them in the green room. We danced and sang along to every country. It was almost there turn so Damiano gave me one last kiss, the went on stage and I screamed like a young teen girl at a Justin Bieber concert. He gave me a little wink during the performance. They absolutely rocked! Every country has sang there song, the lines opened and It was time to vote. I tried to calm them down as much as possible. After all the amazing interval acts it was time. They began with the Jury votes, Italy didn't get a lot of 12 points but they weren't really low. The Televotes began at this was the most exciting part. 'Italy......... 318 POINTS' one the presenters said. We all got up excited and screamed, Thomas Vic and I started crying. We could win this!

It was between Switzerland and us. 'Switzerland needs at least 258 points to win' Chantal said. My heart was pounding so hard. 'GIVE US THE VOTES' I screamed. 'Switzerland has got .... from the public...... 165 POINTS THAT MEANS WE HAVE A WINNER' Jan screamed. I jumped up and screamed, the others started hugging each other and crying. Damiano went to me and gave me the biggest hug ever. I congratulated everyone and said they deserved it so much. I them to go on the stage and let whole Europe know that they deserve to win' They went up to the stage, 'The winner is Italyyy' Chantal said. They thanked everybody. 'Please the stage is yours' She said. Damiano grabbed is microphone and said: 'I just want to ask one thing; y/n will you marry me.' I fell a shock through my whole body, I felt that I was tearing up. He walked to me and grabbed my hand to pull me on stage, 'YES I LOVE YOU' I said to him. The whole audience started cheering.
