another one. another rest. another dream.

he felt the blue strings of wind in caving around him, covering up and holding him.

touching him in ways he wish he could discard. he wished he could never remember.

it was an act of protection.

well, an attempt to say the least.

it was a mixed feeling. neither cold or warm, it was hard to tell. he knew which was what and new when it was day and when it was night. but what is this?

it'd wrap around himself, incasing himself like he was a piece of art in a museum.

he was on display.

chiming and airy breathes, he could physically feel them.

he never knew what it meant. why it was here.

what he did know, was that he was terrified of it.

as if, he knew what it was doing to him, what it was there for.

he'd wake up every morning just to forget.

5:37am again. Sharp. No alarm, no nothing. Except gratitude.

It was the same dream he had since he was a child. It was a dream, where you could only remember in the heat of the moment. By the time you'd wake up, all thoughts would flush away. Why is it back now?

The dimmed sunlight creaked along the bedroom floors, making Hyunjin's eyes squint in discomfort. He rubbed his eyes with a groan, trying to catch up on what happened yesterda— oh.

Lee Minho happened yesterday.

His face heated up at the thought of him. He wasn't sure if it was red out of anger or something different. Not going to specify what 'different' actually means.

The boy cursed under his breath, slowly sitting up. His eyes felt puffy and sore, was he crying last night? He could barely remember a thing since Minho left his house. Except for that he was angry.

Therefore, Hyunjin angrily got out of bed and angrily put on his slippers and angrily got ready.

He threw up whatever he could find, already exhausted and drained today. He wore a gray hoodie, and simple denim pants with the bottoms cuffed. He slipped on some black converse, posing in the mirror trying to get his confident state of mind back.

It wasn't working.

And thats how we ended up here. Hyunjin was sobbing his eyes out in frustration, throwing things around in his room. He just wanted to look the way he wanted to! Why does things never turn out his way?!

He kicked his feet in the air, sniffling trying his very best to calm himself down. Anxiety. He was anxious about seeing Minho again after he was such a dick to him yesterday- but what makes him think that he wanted to be his friend anyways? No c'mon Hyunjin, thats not you and you know it. You just always forget, you've changed and you hate it.

The cloud above his head cleared. The male pulled himself together looking in the mirror one last time, before leaving his room.
