Not the best idea

Gray's POV:
So the talk went better than I thought I mean I left without a single injury (thanks to Natsu).
"I'm sure he'll cool off soon I mean we just need to avoid conflict between you two and everything will be fine" Natsu said as we walked towards the hall for the 3rd day.
"Welcome everyone I'm sure today's events will be better than yesterday and Gray is back in action but Rogue will be out today but we have Kagura to substitute for him so her points will go to Rogue so it's fair, now let's get started with a quiz with a twist!" Makarov announced to everyone.
"Now contestants get will be in teams of 3 or 4"
"First team is Erza, Jellal and Kagura"
They all stepped up and stood behind their table.
"THAT'S UNFAIR THEY'RE ALL SMARTER THAN US!" Natsu yelled.
"Next team is Wendy, Natsu and Gray"
We all took our places.
"Final team is Mirajane, Lucy, Yukino and Sting"
Natsu laughed.
"Ha Sting's on an all girls team!" He received a glare from him.
"Alright first question is what is the name of the powerful spell Cana used in the tournament last year?"
I knew that I nodded at Natsu so he knew that I could handle it.
"Times up what's your answers"
"Fairy glitter" Erza and I said in unison. I got an intense stare from her.
"Correct!"
"Point for those teams and as the other team didn't answer it's time for the twist in this quiz so select someone to step up"
Lucy stepped up confidently.
"Now Lucy your punishment" he announced and suddenly a ton of water rained down on her and something tells me the smirk that Juvia wore meant that she was in charge of that punishment.
Lucy screamed and scowled at Juvia.
"That was freezing!" She exclaimed and walked over to her team with a glare.
"Next question is for Erza's team"
I figured that since last year Makarov apparently did questions to test how much people knew about each other that he was going to do same this year and I was right.
"Which school did Sting, Rogue and Yukino used to attend?"
Erza froze up but thankfully Kagura knew.
"Sabertooth high"
"Correct"
"Next is for Mirajane's team and your question is roughly how many armours does Erza own?"
"Over 100" Sting said obviously proud that he knew it even though he barely knew Erza and I guess it's impressive that he guessed it so quickly.
"Point for you!"
"Next is Natsu's team and your question is how many keys does Lucy own?"
That was tricky.
"Uh ten?" Wendy said uneasily.
"Correct"
This went on for a while and the results were said.
"In 1st is Natsu's team, in 2nd place is Mirajane's team and last is Erza's team!"
Let's just say that Erza and Jellal didn't do well under pressure and Kagura didn't know enough about us and they all got pretty soaked.
"Next round was asked for and paid for by an anonymous man and that is Sting vs Gray!"
"GRAMP'S HE'S GONNA TRY AND KILL HIM!" Natsu yelled but Gramps was busy setting up the arena.
Natsu turned to me and looked super worried.
"He's strong but I know you can beat him if you try" He said to me and gave me a kiss before I nervously stepped into the arena.
"READY!"
I took a deep breath.
"SET!"
I took my fighting stance.
"GO!"
"ICE MAKE FLOOR!"
He was ahead of me and jumped up and used his roar and landed in a crouch.
"ICE MAKE GIZER!" I hit the floor and sent the ice at him and it actually hit him but it wasn't enough because his head was filled with rage and revenge.
"HOLY RAY!" It knocked me over and I hit the wall hard.
He ran at me and placed his hand on my chest and jumped back.
His stigma.
I was paralyzed.
"HOLY NOVA!" I knew that holy nova was his secret dragon slayer art.
Just as it hit me I went black but not before that voice came again.
"I will help you again since you're incapable of taking care of yourself"
Not again!

Sting's POV:
I saw him just sitting there with his bruises so I stopped and assumed the match over because do wasn't going overboard like him.
"I'm not done yet" he said and stood up.
"Well if you're not done yet I guess we keep fighting" I said but he was already behind me and he kicked me in the back and I coughed up blood. Geez he kicks hard.
"ICE MAKE SWORD!" The ice was clear thankfully but something was off and I wasn't too sure this was going anywhere nice.
He tried hitting me but missed because I was staying on the defensive side.
"STING HE'S OK LOOK!" I heard Wendy yell and I turned to see Rogue behind her.
I never knew that one second could do so much damage.
Gray took the chance and stabbed me right in the stomach and the sword went right through.
I coughed up a lot of blood and fell as soon as Gray released the sword.
He then walked over to me and smirked before everything went black.

Natsu's POV:
"THIS HAS GONE WAY TOO FAR!" I yelled and jumped into the arena.
"FIRE DRAGON BRILLIANT FLAME!"
I knocked Gray out and I collapsed by him.
"What's happening to him?" I asked to no one in particular.
Wendy rushed over with Rogue and Makarov.
"Gray is not to fight until we've cured him" Gramps announced.
Wendy knelt by Sting and looked very scared.
"I don't know what magic has been used but we can't move Sting or it'll only make it worse but I can try and heal the stab wound if I try really hard and I won't stop because I know how much you mean to each other Rogue"
Rogue didn't say anything but I could see it was tearing him apart to see him this way.
I picked up Gray and took him back to his dormitory and laid him in his bed.
"What's happening to you and why?"

Sting's POV: (is he ok or not?)
I opened my eyes very slowly and eventually focused and saw Wendy leaning over me.
"Yes! I knew I could save you" she said very cheerfully.
"What the hell was Gray thinking?" I asked.
"We think something is inside of him"
"Well I kinda guessed that but why me and Rogue or is it just fights in general?"
"I need to go and check on Gray so I'll leave you and Rogue alone" O then only noticed him standing beside her.
He sat beside me and I smiled at him.
"It'll take more than that to kill me, trust me" I said and he just smiled.
