War of change!

Gray's POV:

"ICE MAKE GIZER!"
"REQUIP PURGATORY ARMOUR!"
"HOLY RAY!"
"FIRE DRAGON ROAR!"
We were making some kind of progress. Well progress in that situation meant hitting it and then watching as it took it.
"We need to try something else!" I yelled.
"What about a unison raid?!" Natsu called.
"Yeah!"
We all regrouped and decided to let Sting and Rogue go first while we went to help Zeref however just as we turned we heard a massive bang and we turned to see the beast glowing but that wasn't going to stop us.
We continued to help Zeref as Sting and Rogue used up the last of their magic.
"Ready Rogue?" He called.
I stood watching.
"Yeah!"
They stood next to each other and I noticed they were already in their dragon force. Ok I will admit that was the one that I found cool about them.
"HOLY SHADOW DRAGON'S FLASH FANG!"
The blast hit the beast and it roared in pain and I cheered.
I should probably explain first that we found Rogue helping Zeref any way carry on.
"We did something huh?" Sting said with a smile.
"You did something other than Rogue, it's a freakin miracle!" Natsu yelled.
"Argh!" Rogue clutched his heart and screamed in agony before collapsing.
"ROGUE!" We all yelled.
"I'm not losing you again!" Sting yelled.
That's when things turned for the worst as everyone started arguing over what we were supposed to do.
"EVERYBODY SHUT UP NOW, STOP ACTING LIKE KIDS!"
We turned to see Wendy standing in front of us along with Mira.
We all stared at her and she softened her face and smiled.
"Now let me take a look at him ok?" She said and pushed past us.
We were still staring until she glared at us and we stopped and stared at each other.
"We were told to stop acting like kids by the kid" Erza said.
"Finished!" Zeref exclaimed and stood up.
"Now I need the following elements" he said and we stood ready.
"Fire"
Natsu stepped forward and stood on the fire mark that he had drawn.
"Stars"
After discussing who would go forward Lucy walked and stood on the star carved into the ground.
"A knight"
Erza stood on the sword symbol.
"Ice"
I stood next to Natsu.
"A piece from space"
Jellal stood on the other side of Erza.
"Light"
Sting stood by me
"And finally air"
Wendy nodded after finishing her spell and completed the circle.
Zeref gave us all some paper and with some words on.
"Now starting with Wendy read the words and that should banish any darkness in the area.
"Wait won't that include you?" Wendy asked.
"Unfortunately yes but I'm willing to do this as my price for all the sins I have committed."
Erza nodded as she knew he was set on the idea.
"Wait what elements count as darkness?" I asked.
"My magic, evil creatures, evil spirits and shadow"
My heart began to pound. Shadow.
"Rogue too?" I asked shakily. I wasn't to close to him but I knew he meant something to the dragon slayer.
Zeref nodded sadly and Sting stepped back.
"No way in hell am I killing him"
"Well it's either this or you all die as this creature holds the strength of a thousand"
We knew we had to do it but to convince Sting to kill his only love was impossible.
"Sting please he's just one person and there are millions of people" Erza said but the minute she finished that sentence she put her hand to her mouths and shook her head.
"I'm sorry I'm so sorry" she said quickly and his stare turned cold.
"You really think Rogue is just one person that's like me telling you that Jellal is just one guy"
"I'm sorry"
Erza was then quiet and it was shocking as she was never silent.
"Wait!" Natsu called.
"What?" I asked.
"There's a possibility it won't kill him I mean what if it only means darkness in the heart, then it won't hurt him right?" He said.
After a long talk we convinced him to do it.
"Sting I'm sorry if this goes wrong because it'd be my fault for saying it"
"It's fine now let's do this" he said and we got ready.
We were ready to take the risk.
