15 days have passed since Jack's first breath of freedom and the beginning of his new life. He joined the Drama Club, learned how to play the guitar from Miguno, and started writing songs that he showed his 701 friends. Now, summer is nearing and the boys have just finished their seasonal shaving for their summer coats as they look at the fur they had shaved off.

Jack: Well, just like every year, there's more whites and grays.
Collot: That's probably mostly mine and Legosi's fur.
Durham: Maybe, but there sure is a bunch more than last year.
Miguno: Are you guys ready to take it to the yarn shop?
Jack: (sing-song) We're gonna make some money.
Voss: I get a cut too, don't I?
Legosi: Yep, we all get our share on this when we take this in.
After the boys take the fur in and get their share of the money they all get for it, they decide to hang out by the pool on the school roof in the afternoon. As they all go on about their day, Jack decides to get some flowers for the dorm room to take care of.
Jack: (thinking) So, which flowers should I take care of? I think maybe roses, maybe carnations, or daisies. I don't know, but let's see what's a good one to start with. It's a big list, but I hope I make the right choice.

He decides to take a trip to the rooftop garden to see what they have at the Gardening Club. He approaches the door at the said club when suddenly he smells a sensational fragrance coming from the other side of the door. As he opens the door, he suddenly sees a sea of flowers behind the archway across from where he's standing. He enters the Gardening Club grounds, he looks around and sees flowers of all kinds, but no members of the club here, which leaves him curious until he sees the shed door open, and out comes a pure white, dwarf rabbit carrying a pot of red roses. He sees that she looks familiar and realizes that she was in his group at the museum.
