Bill's limbs look abnormally thick, I don't really like how that came out. But I've improved on shading and Cat Ear's suit looks nice. That triangle is supposed to be a pin. The back of her suit has an eye on it and she wears black gloves that have triangles on the palms.
Also my signature came out cool, third time actually using it.
Edit: I added her locket lel ;w;
The locket gives her the ability to transform into anything she wants. She is a manifesting demon that takes the form of a human to live among the people of Gravity Falls and report back to Bill later.
