Chapter-12

... and the day we embraced I realized,

that my heart was made of both muscle and metal,

and yours of magic and magnetism.

Why else would we feel,

a pull so strong?

The enclosed, beach is silent. The dim white ball blinds us as it emerges; it rises like a vanilla scope on the distant horizon. Crashing against the shore, small waves wash the night's debris onto the land. Untouched golden sand covers the floor as far as eyes can see. Soothing, a gentle sea breeze rustles through his hair.

The sound of waves washing away build-up a storm inside the heart.

The stars in his eyes shone with a new light in them.

The feeling of the coarse sand between our toes as our feet sink into it with each slow step. The way the ocean paws inquisitively at our passing footprints. "The sea is truly beautiful." I whispered, and he smiles, "But the moon is more beautiful tonight." he says looking at me, I blush.

Jungkook and Taehyung are currently walking on the beach, enjoying the beautiful view of the moon and how the reflected moonlight is making the shells in the ocean shinier.

It's around 3 in the morning, and everyone is either drunk or sleeping, some still partying, but the atmosphere is mostly quiet.

Jungkook turns his face to the right side where Taehyung is walking beside him, he holds Taehyung's wrist.

Taehyung looks up at him with furrowed eyebrows and a questioning look on his face.

"If only this night would never end," Jungkook murmurs. Taehyung might not have even heard him if he wasn't paying his full attention.

Taehyung's side hugs him, and the feeling of Taehyung's heartbeat against his hand is making him relax.

He tilts his head and rests his head on Tae's shoulder and feels others skipping his breath.

"Bunny, I have something to tell you..." Taehyung whispers.

"I..."

"Bunny! Bunny!" the echo of the name crushes down his courage.

Jungkook turns and found Yoongi shouting his name. They both abruptly detangle themselves from their position.

Yoongi stops right in front of them and waves the blue-colored envelope in the air.

"Bunny! Yoongi!" Jimin comes out of nowhere. His eyes were dark red, his face swollen and puffy.

"Jimin are you okay?" Taehyung worriedly asks but gets only a little nod in return.

After getting the odd response from Jimin, Yoongi turns towards Jungkook and asks, "Bunny what is this?" and again started shaking the envelope in front of the others.

Jungkook's eyes go wide and, "Yeah. - Bunny! What is this?" Jimin asks him with raised eyebrows.

He softly smiles, "Where did you find that?" and tries to take the envelope from Yoongi, "Read this." Yoongi passes the envelope to Jimin.

"You're running my surprise, man and where did you even find it?" Jungkook pouts as he had kept it hidden inside his book.

"Surprise?" Yoongi says in a shocked voice, "I was looking for something inside your bag when it fell on my shoes, so I got curious and started reading it and accidentally found out your SURPRISE." sarcasm dripping like honey.
