Confronted

Chapter 5: Revelation

Rainbow Dash was afraid of what she might do to her friends. She was sure that Pinkie was the killer, but her mind wouldn't wrap around that thought. "How could I? Why would I do such a thing? I need to stay away from people. I need to escape..." She left for her secret hiding place she had whenever she lived in Cloudsdale years ago... but was unaware that someone was in pursuit of her.

           She was sitting down on the ground on a cliff when a stranger appeared behind. But it wasn't a pony, it was a lombax from a far land known as Fastoon. It said "Hey, something wrong, kid?" "You could say that, yeah..." "What happened?" "I thought that I was being attacked by one of my friends a while ago, but now, I don't know what the reason is. All I remember is something about a bunch of tourists ponies that had come to my village would disappear shortly after. Then, next thing I know, my friend is trying to kill me the same way I apparently killed the tourists. So now, I'm afraid it was me that killed the tourists, but I remember my friend who attacked me having some sort of torture chamber in her basement or something. I don't know anymore..." Dash lowered her head in shame again, not wanting to look at the stranger in fear of judgment. However, the lombax didn't judge her. Instead, he said "Well, sounds like what happened is... you were framed, and the resulting trauma is from the none existing guilt you feel from supposedly killing the tourists, but your friend is who actually killed them, and didn't want to get revealed, so they tried to get rid of you, but of course failed. Fleeing for your life, the trauma tricked your mind into thinking that you killed them, not your friend. That's not what happened though, and I know cause I was there. I mean, I was sent to investigate some murders in the area, and saw everything through a small window at the top of the basement that happened  to be revealed slightly above the ground enough for someone to peak through. And, I heard everything that had been said. I say we go back to the village, and stop your friend from doing the same to the rest of the village."

          "How would they believe me, anyway? Even if I had to fight her, what would I use? I have little experience fighting in general!" "Ah, that is where this comes in." The lombax pulled out a sword and a suit of armor. However, the armor had a button on it that allowed it to be reduced to just being a button and wristband. As for the sword, it looked as if it had come from yet another planet called Earth. "You can use that. I found it one day on another planet. Just slide the wristband looking thing around one of your front legs and then push the button. It will turn into a suit armor made of metal. And the sword is your weapon. You'll need to hold it steady when using it, cause if you drop it, you could stab yourself." "Okay, give me a minute then." Dash his behind a tree next to her left, and put on the armor. Then she waled out, grabbed the sword, placed it on her back, locking it in place, and ran off to her home village of Equestria... with the lombax following close behind.
