I carefully stretch my cramped body rubbing my eyelids who refused to open because of the sunlight reflecting against them.

Once my eyes finally adjust to the burning light, I realize that we all fell asleep on the couch.

Bruce is sleeping flat with his arm wrapped around Elijah's waist. Elijah's on top of Bruce hugging him around his neck.

Bruce starts shaking his head looking around trying to adjust just like I was.

His eyes finally land on me and he smiled.

"Wait, it's Elijah's birthday!" I don't want to wake him because I told myself I'd make him special birthday pancakes.

"Do you need a toothbrush?" He nodded and I walked towards the stairs expecting him to follow.

"You coming." I said in a hushed tone.

"Alright woman." He carefully placed Elijah on the couch and put the throw blanket on him.

That made my heart squirm and skip a beat.

I brought him into the bathroom and leaned down to grab the extra toothbrushes we have.

His hand lands on my ass resting just a little higher.

"You want something so early in the morning?" I could hear the smirk in his voice.

"Shut up." I got the toothbrush and started leaning back up but his firm grip made it nearly impossible.

"All you have to do is ask." I kicked his leg making him stumble back and I finally lifted myself.

Right before I could leave the bathroom he smacked my ass so hard.

"You fucking bitch!" I held onto my butt trying not to scream in agony.

"Princess that wasn't shit." He was about to hit my ass again but I quickly ran out holding my butt.

The wetness I could feel forming in between my thighs. Now, is not the time.

I went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth. I could feel the gaze of someone staring at me.

I looked to see Bruce standing there, arms crossed a smirk planted.

"I could kiss it better." I raised a brow.

"Elijah?" He turned around and I took all my power and slapped his butt.

He didn't even flinch nor react.

"Come on." I walked past him still holding my behind.

We walked downstairs and Elijah was thankfully still sleeping. I walked to the kitchen and Bruce followed.

"You don't have to help."

"I know how to cook, and I'm doing it because Elijah deserves it." I smiled and took the pancake mix out.

Bruce some how managed to find the bowls making me look at him weird.

I took the eggs and milk out and whisked them together. Bruce slowly put the pancake mix in as I folded it in.

I got the rainbow sprinkles out and put them in the mix. Bruce mixed that in as I took the pan out.

We made a tall stack of pancakes. I took the ice cream out along with 3 plates and the utensils.

I walked towards Elijah and shakes him lightly.

"Elijah..." He groaned softly in his sleep and moved away from me.

I looked over to where Bruce was supposed to be but he was gone. I looked around, maybe he was trying to scare him.

I looked outside to see him looking in the trunk for something.
