Heartless Love

Chapter 1:1986

June 8,1986 senior year

It's spring going on summer of 1986 I had just became a senior at Beverly Hills high and boy was I excited about it. A lot of things happened to me my junior year at Beverly high my mother and father separated for the time being but they're back together and everything is going well both of my brothers are starting college well technically one of them are in tech school but they don't know what I'm for. I wonder what Lloyd is doing he seemed pretty quiet our last day of school I don't know what his problem is but I'm about to go to his house and check on him.

"Nicole! dinner is ready !
"Ok mama" ! I said fixing my hair with curling iron I ran out the room to the kitchen table I was just me and her ,my dad was at work he's always working overtime . "So how does it feel to be a senior now ,Nicole ?" My mother said with a cheerful smile. "It feels nice I'm glad this my last year of high school " I said . My mother does not understand how much I wanna graduate and to become an assistant in the entertainment industry, it's been one of my biggest dreams since I was younger. "Oh your little friend came earlier looking for you "my mother said winking at me. "What little friend ?.. Lloyd ? I asked my mother nodded her head yes while chewing her food. "What did he say ?!" I said curious. "Nothing really he was just asking where you were and I told him you were out shopping with your friends "she said. "I'm going to his house I said to my mother somethings not right , every since the last day of school he's been tripping and every time I'd ask what's wrong he says nothing there's gotta be something "I said . I stormed out the house running down the street Lloyd had a really nice house it was yellow and had an average yard very typical since we both lived in the suburbs of LA . His family is very friendly I'll never forget when I first met his parents I was nervous in which I always get like that when I met someone else's parents I don't know I guess it's a natural thing.
His parents are very sweet people and boy do they work extremely hard especially Lloyds father he's a self employed handyman . Lloyd told me that he told his father that he wanted to be an actor and get more in the entertainment world but his father suggested that he should do it as a hobby and that he has to learn a trade. As I walked up to Lloyds house I see him sitting on the steps of his front porch with his head hanging down "Lloyd!" I yelled he looked up at me coming towards him."What's wrong?" I said sitting next to him .. " Nothing " he replied with a broken voice "Oh don't even, I know it's something wrong because you're not yourself when you don't talk so come on talk to me "I said. He took a deep breath "Its just my dad doesn't understand that I want to be an actor and pursue my dreams and do something big and he just can't see that" He said.
I looked at him he in the eyes and said " Do what makes you happy if you want to be an actor , go for it I'm totally one hundred percent behind of what you want to do like I understand you and I also understand what your is saying dad but do you and also you're about to be 18 anyways in a couple weeks " I said putting my hand on his shoulder. He looked at me and smiled "you're right" he said . But I'll tell you one thing if you do become an actor don't get caught up in the nonsense... promise you won't get caught up I said meaningful. "I promise" he said . You better not ! I shouted out  now putting my arms around him giving him a hug . I knew Lloyd was destined to be an actor because that's one his dreams he does so much activities at Beverly high he even does water polo and I don't even like to swim but whatever his heart desires i here for it ." I love you ,Lloyd" I said looking in his bright brown eyes . I love you too Nicole shaking his head smiling. You know if I'm gonna be honest that's the one thing I love about Lloyd is those beautiful eyes he has they're so adorable and uncanny that you could never miss them .
