Chapter 2~ {Why are we enemies?}
After school me and Lia walked home together. I saw Zoe gave me a dirty look as she got into this fancy car. I assumed it was her sugar daddies car, but I didn't really care. I continued to walk and totally forgot Lia was there with me.
"Hey Milly?"Lia asked after we were officially off school campus.
"Huh?"I looked at Lia, "Yeah, Wassup?"
"Do u envy Zoe?"
"What? No," In reality I kinda did. She was so perfect. She had everyone wrapped around her little finger.
"Ok, if you say so,"
We walked in silence for the rest of the time until we came up to Lia's house.
"Well see you tomorrow?"
"Yeah see ya,"I walked on to my house. I pulled out my headphones and started listening to my rock music. I continued walking and looking at the ground, I'd basically memorized my way home so I didn't really need to see where I was going. I ran into someone though.
"Ow! Ugh" I took my headphones off and glared at the person who ran into me, "Watch where you're going!" I looked up and saw Zoe who was crying, "Oh it's just the snake," I stood up and started to walk away.
"W-wait!"
"Frick," I thought.
I turned and looked at her, "What?"
"C-Can I stay at your house tonight?"
"WTF?!"I thought.
"No!"
I heard someone walking towards me and Zoe. I looked and saw a random older dude, "Zoe~ come here" I guessed it was probably Zoe's sugar daddy.
"Ugh," I rolled my eyes, "Come on," I pulled Zoe up and we started running. We ran all the way to my house. As soon as we were both inside I locked all the doors and the windows.
"There. You should be safe, 'Your majesty',"I rolled my eyes.
"Yeah, yeah whatever,"
I already knew this was gonna be a horrible night. Zoe was gonna humiliate me all night long.
