Chapter 7 Here kitty, kitty

Azaiah sighed, "We have to capture a cat that has been causing havoc in Berrien Springs, Michigan."

"and take it back to the land of the Fae," Eli added.

"Our mission is just to capture a cat?!" If this is the kind of missions they give in the mystic academy then the more reason I have to run away, "I thought we would at least do something cool!"

"Why can't the animal police take care of that anyways?" I added. This sounded more lame as the seconds passed.

"Because it's not a normal cat doofus!" Lillith barked, "Jeez!"

"Well thanks for telling me last minute!"
"You could have known if you had paid attention to Miss. Zandra's explanation," Azaiah intervened, "now let's get this over with."

"What? You want to see if you can catch the last lecture of the day or something? Nerd!" I joked.

I swear I heard a growl as Azaiah turned around and started walking.

We all followed soon after. We had landed in what seemed like a public park and we were heading to a street.

"Soooo what does this cat look like?" I asked curious as I put my hair up in a pony tail.

"We don't know," Lillith answered looking around the area.

"Then how are we supposed to find it?"

"We find a cat that doesn't look normal," Lillith added with an annoyed voice.

"I guess...."

How in the world does a not normal cat look like?! Eh, whatever, I'll just runaway now.

"Oh look I see a cat!" I shouted as I ran to a random direction hoping to lose them. I don't like to brag but I was the best runner in my track team back home.

Suddenly I felt  strong breeze pass by me and the next second I see Ely ahead of me, "Where? where?"

"I don't see a cat," Lillith mentioned right beside of me. Azaiah was already here as well. Whoa! I looked back to the place we were previously at. Did they catch up to me this fast?

"well, that was fast," I mumbled.

"How did the cat look like?" Azaiah asked looking around.

"Umm... well... it has a tail and stuff,"

"Alex! You can't just run off every time you see a freaking tail," Lily exclaimed with her hands on her hips.

"Well sorry! I'm not used to these mission thingies!" Oh no, this isn't going to work. How in the big fat world am I going to run away from a freaking werewolf, vampire, and witch? But how else will I go back to my normal life? Should I just straight up tell them that I want to go back home and just walk off? Will they tie me up? Oh my god! what if they kill me! No! I'm too young to die! There's so many things I've yet to do! But what if for some strange reason they actually let me go? No, I doubt they would. But, even if it's the smallest of chance they would let me go, I should at least try right? No, it won't work.

"Helloo! Is anyone in there?"

"I told you she's crazy. We should take her back and put her in the mental facility of the troubled and insane Segreto." Lillith rolled her eyes as she impatiently tapped the grass with her feet.
