The initially quiet morning was interrupted by the ringtone of Theo's phone. The loud buzzing filled the room, waking up the two who were sleeping peacefully.

Elliana started moving in the bed, trying to block the notice as she buried her head in Theo's shoulder.

" Stop it or this is the last time you are coming to my room."

" You say it like I spend all of my days here."

The defender stretched his arm over the girl to reach and pick up his cellphone.

" You have two minutes to get your ass to training."

The person said, before the French was even able to open his mouth and whoever was the caller, he wasn't happy.

" Shit. I am half an hour late for training. Deschamps is really going to kill me now."

He jumped out of the bed, seeing what time it was, knocking Elliana's head on the way.

" That was uncalled for."

She rubbed the top her head.

Theo quickly picked up his belongings from around the room, which include his phone and keys, before placing a small kiss on the spot he hit.

" I am sorry, see you later."

...

" So he just ran away?"

Selena asked the hotel manager.

Sipping on their coffees, her Elliana, Hannah and Sergio Reguilon, we can't forget about him, were catching up with everything going on in the past days.

" Honestly, guys do such things sometimes."

The Spanish pointed out, with a face expression saying that he was in a similar situation not once or twice.

" Don't look at me like that. It can be an emergency situation."

" I understand training for your damn world cup match is important. But he could at least called."

Elliana pushed her hair behind her ears, annoyed with the fact Theo still hasn't called or massaged her.

" We watched Ice Age together! And then we found out we love The Vampire Diaries so we started it from the beginning."

" And he has the audacity to not call."

Hannah shook her head, clicking her tongue.

This type of attitude and actions will only confuse and push away the girl you are supposedly interested in.

Especially after a night of watching movies and dedicating a goal to her.

" I don't know... Maybe it's just all in my head, that he likes me."

" At least is doing something. Ben still acts like a middle schooler or play it stupid when I catch him starring."

Hannah added.

The last time she caught the English footballer looking at her without blinking, he pretended she wasn't there.

He got her a kinder surprise egg, though.

" Well, Sergio is joining me for every gossip session we have. He is like an imposter, going to spill all of our secrets."

" Hey!"

...

" Awww, you are day dreaming again. You are so adorable."

Lucas pinched his brother's cheek after seeing him coming out of the gym, done with today's workout.

" Not you again."

" That's not how you should treat your brother. What would mum say?"

Theo rolled his eyes and turned to walk away from Lucas, who surely wasn't letting him go so easily.

The older sibling saw him running through and outside of the hotel, trying not to be late.

Theo was never late and had him wondering what was the reason. Or more like who was.

" Look me, Theo."

Theo turned around and looked at his brother, hoping that if he did so he will finally be left alone.

" No bags under your eyes. Hair looks good. So you slept well?"

" Yes, I slept well. More than well."

Lucas only hummed in response.

" Go get your girl then."

" Yes sir."

...

For the last thirty minutes, an old lady was attempting to describe her problem to Elliana with no success.

According to her.

" So you understand that I could hear these children watching cartoons all night."

She was gesturing with her hands trying to portray what she was hearing.

" I am pretty sure there was a dying hyena as well."

" I am pretty sure there is some sort of mistake, Ms. We will do our best to fix the problem."

The lady placed her hand on top the Bulgarian's, before leaving a cookie and thanking for the help.

Sitting down on her chair to enjoy her cookie and the few minutes of silence, Elliana saw Theo finally coming through the door.

She wasn't going to say she was waiting for him. Neither she was going to admit she wanted to see him.

" Hey, I am so sorry I didn't call you earlier. The gaffer almost cut my head of."

The blonde laughed at his words and broke her treat in two, handing him one of the halves.

" It's alright. By the way, this old lady from the room next to mine came." She cocked her head to the side, trying to suppress a laugh.

" She complained from children watching cartoons all night."

They both started laughing before the blonde finished her sentence, tears forming in the defender's eyes.

" Well, then we better move to mine next time."

" Whose said there will be next time?"

She let a smirk play on her lips, seeing Theo was left shocked and confused by her words.

" I am kidding. Relax."

" God, thank you. I thought I will need to use some more charm in that case."
