The Star Crossed lovers have made it out of the arena but is still struggling to have a relationship they have gone through a lot together. They were in the games together for gods sake do you really think that Katniss was going to choose Gale? Since Peeta got hijacked he doesn't even know who he really is anymore. Exept he wants Katniss dead and Katniss wants Snow dead especially because Snow killed Prim. They really haven't had any time for. Relationship. I mean we all know that Peeta loves Katniss and that Katniss loves Peeta. They just don't have time to have a love life. Especially for Katniss in time of rebellion and her being the Mockingjay. Katniss and Peeta never wanted any of this Katniss was just trying to save Prim. And then when it had led to the Quarter Quell she new that she was in trouble. After all the rebellion passed and everything is fine it all comes to a happy ending and Peeta and Katniss get married and Katniss get pregnant and the kids names are Rye and Willow. Katniss is still having Nightmares but Peeta is always there for her when she needs it and Katniss is always there for Peeta when he needs it.
